<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>在两眉中心向后方的沿线上，在头脑的中间偏后一点的地方，有个叫做松果体(也叫松果腺)的器官。 <BR>从人体的生理解剖学来看，这个长在大脑和小脑之间的松果体，在医学上推测可能是一个已经退化了的、而且作用不明的器官。 </P>
<P>在许多低等脊椎动物中，松果体位于皮肤表层，可以当做光接受器，并且也是内分泌器官，可以分泌褪黑素(melatonin)，褪黑素是由氨基酸组成的，在黑暗中会被诱导产生，而在光亮中会被抑制。 </P>
<P>而松果体在高等脊椎动物脑内，真的是个退化了的器官吗？ </P>
<P>1999年4月，在《科学》这本科学界权威杂志上，一些科学家发表了一篇论文，他们用一些因为基因缺失而造成视网膜感光能力缺损的小白鼠，进行一连串实验。实验结果发现，虽然小白鼠的感光受体基因缺失，但是他们的松果体在受光刺激下，调整分泌褪黑素的功能完全不受影响。由此可见，视网膜感光受体基因缺失的老鼠，感光能力如常。 </P>
<P>也就是说，在视网膜无法发挥感光功能的情况下，松果体仍然可以感光。其实已有大量证据显示，松果体可能是直接感光器官。科学家已认识到松果体与视网膜非常类似，有人甚至就把松果体叫做"折叠的视网膜”。这样就不难解释为什么在视网膜感光系统缺失情况下，松果体调整褪黑素分泌的功能仍然正常。 </P>
<P>哺乳动物可能有一条通向松果体、鲜为人知的隐秘传递光信号的通路。 </P>
<P>这也就是许多神秘学家认为，松果体就是人类神秘的"第三眼”所在之处，他们认为可以透过静心、冥想、练气功、打坐等等，由体内的能量激发活络了它的退化性之后，又可发挥功用，可以捕捉到肉眼所看不见的不可见光，不需经过瞳孔、水晶体、视神经等的传导，直接在脑海中成像。 </P>
<P>一般人都很相信自己这双肉眼睛所看到的事物，所谓眼见为凭，看不见的就不相信，其实世界上已经有许多人，透过身体力行上述的种种修炼方法，开启了他们的第三只眼。这只眼睛开启了之后，他们才真正了解到什么叫大开眼界，也才认识到这双肉眼的局限性有多大。</P></font></td>
