<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P><STRONG>编者按：</STRONG>改朝换代，自有天意。刘伯温在烧饼歌中预言了久远的未来，当然也看到元朝气数已尽，明朝将兴。所以他才能顺乎天意，成为一代名相。<BR>骄横一时者终难当天命。当代掌权者，附庸者鉴。<BR>----------------------------------------------------<BR>《烧饼歌》里有这样的记载──</P>
<P>基曰：“北方胡虏残生灵，御驾亲征得太平。失算功臣不敢谏，生灵遮掩主惊魂。国压瑞云七载长，胡人不敢害贤良。相送金龙复故旧，云开日月照边疆。”</P>
<P>“北方胡虏残生灵，御驾亲征得太平”，这两句是指出“土木之变”的历史背景。</P>
<P>“北方胡虏’指的是蒙古族贵族军队。明成祖永乐年间，居住在北方的蒙占族两个部落 -- 鞑靼和瓦刺先后兴起，逐渐强盛，并屡次兴兵南犯，残害汉民族的生灵。永乐八年至二十二年(1410年 -- 1424年)，明成祖先后五次率兵亲征，打败鞑靼和瓦刺，巩固了明朝的边防，这就是所谓“御驾亲征得太平”。其后，鞑靼势力逐渐衰弱，结果被瓦刺尊长脱欢吞并。大漠南北，全是瓦刺的势力范围。到了脱欢之子也先的时代，瓦刺的势力更加强盛。也先东征西讨又征服了兀梁哈三卫，还西攻哈密，东逼朝鲜反明，企图恢复大元王朝的天下，成为明朝北方严重的边患。</P>
<P>明英宗朱祁镇是明朝的第六个皇帝，他就处在蒙古瓦刺政权严重骚扰明朝边境这个历史时期。这时，明朝政府的军政大权全部都操纵在宦官王振手中。王振不但不布置边防，反而接受瓦刺的贿赂，暗中通敌。正统十四年(公元1440年)七月，也先分兵四路攻入中原，他自己则亲自统兵进攻大同。王振既无难备，又不懂军事，也不与大臣商量，却擅自调动五十万大军，挟持英宗亲征。王振的专横，皇帝的昏庸，官僚的无能，其战斗力可想而知。明军在暴风雨中行进，饥寒交迫。到了大同，未及交锋，明军由于害伯也先兵力强大，不敢再进，于是又赶忙掉头逃跑。八月，当明军战战兢兢地行军到土木堡(今河北怀来县东南)时，也先追兵赶到，一下就把明军团团围住。明军乱成一团，死的死。伤的伤，许多大将阵亡，王振死于乱军之中，明英宗被俘，这就是历史上著名的“土木之变”。因此， ‘失算功臣不敢谏，生灵遮掩主惊魂”所预言，就是明英宗的“土木之变”。</P>
<P>“国压瑞云七载长”，“胡人不敢害贤良”，“相送金龙复故旧”，又预言到英宗以后一段曲折的历史事件。 </P>
<P>明英宗战败被俘的消息传到京城，举朝上下莫不震怖。文武大臣中或主战或主守，甚至有主张迁都，意见很不统一。这时，以兵部侍郎于谦为首的主战派取得了爱国军民的支持，大家拥立英宗的弟弟朱祁钰监国(第二年又立为景泰皇帝)，诛杀王振余党，调集各地明军勤王，同时加强防守，严阵以待。于谦由此升为兵部尚书，负责北京保卫战。这一年的十月，也先挟英宗率大军直抵北京城下。英宗驻得胜门外的土城上，约人出城议和，遭到于谦的拒绝。于是，瓦刺军便疯狂攻打城门，于谦率众奋勇迎战。一连打了三天三夜，也先不但没讨到便宜，反而屡战屡败，不得已退兵回去，不久又把英宗放回来了。</P>
<P>由于于谦领导的北京保卫战的胜利，英宗终于被释放了。但英宗回归不久，又开始了宫廷内部的争夺，他总想找机会把弟弟景泰皇帝拉下台来。可是，由于自已是被弟弟景泰皇帝救回来的，不敢马上发难。也是该景泰皇帝不能长享天子之福，有一天吃坏了肚子，上吐下泻，不久病重。英宗哪能白白失去这个大好机会?于是他在过去逃跑派的拥簇之下，来到东华门称帝，说是景泰皇帝因病不能管理朝政，由英宗复位处理国事。这个事件，历史上称为“南宫复辟”或“夺门之变”。屈指算来，景泰皇帝仅仅在位七年，这就是预言中所说的“国压瑞云七载长”。 “胡人不敢害贤良，相送金龙复故旧”两句，说的就是也先释放英宗，英宗又回复帝位之事。 至于刘基说的“云开日月照边疆”一句，尚未有人能理解它到底是预言什么。 <BR></P></font></td>
