<P>本报讯：今日一大娘出门买菜时，一不留神摔倒，随后被路人扶起，后有人拨打110，110民警马上赶到，将大娘就近送到医院，民警忙前忙后，并且为大娘垫付了医药费。经医生诊治，只是掉了一颗门牙，没有生命危险。民警没有留下姓名悄悄走了。 </P>
<P>记者几经周折，终于找到了这两个做好事不留姓名的民警，两个小伙子羞涩地说，这是我们应该做的，任何一个民警见到都会这样做的。 </P>
<P>记者在医院见到已经逐渐康复的大娘，大娘和家人激动地对记者说，真是要感谢110，感谢党和政府，感谢现在的好社会，感谢改革开放，要是在旧社会，这样摔一下，至少要摔掉三个门牙。病房里的老人纷纷感慨，真是遇到好社会了，要是换旧社会，别说三个门牙，恐怕连一个也剩不下了。 </P>
<P>xx市老年人协会会长、xx市门牙医院门牙科主任提醒全市的老年朋友，出门应该留神脚下。不要轻易摔倒，老年人腿脚不便，门牙松动，特别容易摔掉。 </P>
<P>xx市政府社会主义精神文明办公室对记者说，这是在市委市政府正确领导下涌现好人好事，是学习三个代表的具体体现，说明我市的三讲工作做的好，做的扎实。 </P>
<P>正在国外访问的市领导接受电话采访时指出，从这样事情看出，我市的精神文明建设取得了巨大的成就，也是改革开放的成就，是我们团结在党中央周围所取得的巨大成就。不过，在这一事件中，也说明了我们的工作还是有不足之处，有的领导对群众出行的安全重视的不够。 领导最后语重心长地指出，今后群众再摔倒的时候，绝不让一颗门牙摔掉！</P>
<P align=center><STRONG>香港《明报》 今晨一老妪摔掉门牙</STRONG> </P>

<P>今晨一老妪出行时，因路面不平扑倒，摔掉门牙。路人将其扶起，对老妪的不幸表示同情。并纷纷指责港府近年来整治道路不力，在税收上的使用上和公共设施的改善上工作不力，导致市民摔倒事件发生。据记者了解，数月来，此处已有多名市民摔到，严重的需要医院到医治。 </P>
<P>对市民摔倒事件的发生，各界对此反映不一。虽然港府发言人和特首已向摔倒市民致谦，并由公共事业局立即开始公共设施改善的工作，但各界仍有微词。自今年年出初以来，港府不仅在公共设施的投资上出现很多贻误，而且在教育以及公共卫生事业上，都显得不够主动和积极，引起市民不满。虽然在港府的努力下，经济有了复苏迹象，但由于去年港内发生的巨贾被绑架事件上，港府及警方的行动不力，使得在市民中的形象 大打折扣，令市民缺乏安全感。 </P>
<P align=center><STRONG>台湾《xx早报》 老妪摔脱大牙 党棍再起争端</STRONG> </P>

<P>今晨一陈姓老妪，出行不慎摔倒，送医院诊治时，发现门牙已不见，恐遗落在现场，针对近期多数老年人在同一处摔倒而致伤，公用局官员虽然已做出解释，但今日的摔伤事件又增加了市民的愤怒，纷纷指责公用局光吃饭不干事，挥霍纳税人的钱财，有挪 用修缮资金的嫌疑。 </P>
<P>市民要求公用局负责道路维修的官员引咎辞职，立即公开道路修缮资金的去向，并且迁怒于自民党，指责自民党纵容党徒不务正业，致使民众受到伤害，出行缺乏安全感。而自民党发言提示市民不要轻信谣言，认为是国民党的栽赃陷害，小题大做。而国民党代主席在午间的记者招待会上却公开指责自民党不仅工作不力，更是对民众严重缺乏同情心，并且公开说："试试摔脱你老母的大牙，看你心疼不心疼。"矛头直指自民党主席。 </P>
<P>自民党晚间立刻也召开接着招待会，向记者详细解释了老妪摔倒事件是件普通的出行伤害事件，认为，国民党不负责任的指责完全是丧失理智的行为，并再次提出去年国民党与台岛黑社会以及民进党政治黑金事件有染的嫌疑。民进党当晚也发表言论，强烈指责国民党和自民党大放厥词，发言人情绪激动，使用了"满嘴喷粪"这样的字眼。 </P>
<P>台岛廉政公署明日将开始着手调查公用局的道路修缮资金的使用问题。并令公用局负责道路修缮的官员停职，接受调查，不久将给公众一个满意答复。</P>
<P align=center><STRONG>美国《纽约时报》 六十老妪状告白宫</STRONG> </P>

<P>六十岁的珍尼女士，在华盛顿的街道上摔倒，门牙当场摔掉。经医生诊治，绝无修复可能，一怒之下，珍尼在征求律师的意见后，准备状告美国政府保护公民不力。要求美国政府对她摔掉的门牙予以1。3亿美金的赔偿。 </P>
<P>联邦法院已于昨天收到诉状，根据经验，这场官司至少需要耗费五到十五年的时间。但珍尼女士表示非常有信心，并且委托加州大学物理学研究专家，仔细研究了门牙从撞击地面到从牙床脱落的全过程，得出结论，摔倒并撞掉门牙肯定和路面的不平有着必然的联系，而路面的建设和修理完全由美国政府负责。而美国的司法专家对珍尼在这场官司中的前景表示担忧，认为，导致珍尼摔倒并掉牙的原因有很多，而不光是路面的原因，并且拿出很多数据，证明一个60岁的女人摔倒在大街上的概率非常之多，美国有记载的每年摔倒并且导致门牙脱落的60岁的妇女共有一万三千四百四十一人，其中因为晕眩导致摔倒的占30。34，受外力撞击而导致摔倒的占43。33，其它等各种原因占 20。63，完全能够证明是由路面不平导致摔倒并致门牙脱落的只有5。6。这一数据显然对珍尼 女士不利。 </P>
<P>但珍尼获得了美国女权主义者的支持，全美牙医协会也表示对珍妮的支持和同情，美国的妇女组织表态，通过珍尼的事件，可以达到促进美国政府更加关心美国人民的，而且，支持珍尼向美国政府索取巨额赔偿，该妇女组织发言人在演讲中声称，牙的作用不光是用来吃饭和美观的，它对提高我们的生活质量中起到了巨大的作用，无法想象珍尼戴着假牙的生活的境遇，该发言人还指出，如果莱温斯基小姐象珍尼女士一样少一颗门牙，或者戴着假牙，克林顿总统还会对她有兴趣吗，她还做的了白宫的实习生吗？ </P>
<P>全美劳动和就业者协会也对珍妮事件发表了看法，举出少一颗门牙将严重影响珍妮未来的就业机会，全美医疗救助者协会认为牙治疗价格过高，要求美国政府在这方面加大财政拨款，减少军费开支。全美假牙协会发表看法，认为假牙确实只是权益之计，不 能取代真牙在生活中的地位和作用。 </P>
<P>演讲结束后，共有三百多名美国妇女举着提高妇女地位的牌子以及珍妮摔掉的那颗 门牙在白宫前面游行。 </P>
<P>昨天，白宫发言人在一次非正式的讲话中，提到珍妮女士的事件，对珍妮女士的遭遇表示了极大的同情和遗憾，表示，美国宪法规定，美国政府必须为保护每一个美国公民的生命和财产而不懈努力，珍妮女士的门牙不光是珍妮生命的一部分也是财产的一部分，肯定要受到巨大的尊重。 </P>
<P>希拉里发表讲话，同情珍妮的遭遇，并且希望能够成立全美老年门牙保护基金会， 但对妇女组织关于莱温斯基的言论表示了不同意见。 </P>
<P>珍尼的诉讼引起了好莱坞的浓厚兴趣，21世纪福克斯公司计划投资五亿美金拍摄一部动画片，片名叫《珍尼门牙旅行记》。</P></font></td>
