<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">美国游客巴克曼在北京市东城区鼓楼被刺杀一案，中共官方媒体称杀手是浙江杭州的唐永明。不过北京消息人士经过调查目击者，发现真凶另有其人，且杀人后下落不明，与此同时一位河北女性冤民被有预谋的推下鼓楼，成了牺牲品（<EM><STRONG>注：据大陆官方消息称，唐永明行凶之后跳楼身亡</STRONG></EM>）。
<P>这位消息人士表示，事件是预谋好的，中共喉舌所称的杭州唐永明为杀人者，纯属谎言，是嫁祸于人，详情还待调查。从内部得到消息，事件后胡锦涛曾向美国有关方面道歉。
<P><B>新华网删除官方认定杀手的相关报导</B>
<P>8月10日，就是案件发生的第二天，中共喉舌新华网发表一篇报导称，“浙江省公安机关经过认真查证，初步认定唐永明在北京东城区鼓楼持械行凶系对生活失去信心，迁怒于社会而产生的个人极端行为。”处理作案动机外，该文还描述了唐的具体情况，不过该文随后就被删除，令人感到蹊跷。此后，新华网再无有关此案件的报导。
<P>至于唐永明的真实背景及他为何被中共的喉舌媒体报导为杀人凶手，目前还是个谜。不过从中共喉舌迅速删除有关唐的文章来看，案情非常不单纯。
<P><B>《财经网》：唐永明杀人举动 众人难以接受</B>
<P>中共喉舌新华网等对美游客命案保持缄默的同时，有的地方媒体报导对于中共认定的唐永明“杀人动机”提出质疑。
<P>《财经网》报导，唐永明在8月9日前一直是一个大众印象中的普通人。人们都还记得唐永明，纷纷告诉《财经》记者，说唐性格上确实容易着急，不过行事并不太偏激；他的茶市街的邻居们也称，唐平日闲时喜欢到茶市街的棋牌室打牌，和人也常说说笑笑。对于唐永明突如其来的杀人举动，众人均表示难以理解。
<P>《华尔街日报》也报导，几位他从前的邻居在接受采访时表示，唐永明曾经是个比较友善的人。
<P><B>消息人士：案件真凶杀人后迅速离开</B>
<P>目前不能透露姓名的消息人士对大纪元透露，从他所掌握的证据和调查结果推断，杀死美国游客的案件是上面干的，即中共高层某一派势力有预谋的策划了事件。真正的杀手是被收买的，杀人后跑了。
<P>他指出疑点：“当时警方戒备森严，公安保安众多，持凶器进鼓楼者根本通不过安检”。
<P>他对大纪元表示，他和其他调查员进行了暗访和初步调查，事发后从杀人现场附近的商店里出来一位服务员，她被吓得腿直哆嗦，她目击到的情况是：真杀手是个男的，个头很高，穿着一身西服，看上去像30至40岁之间。
<P>这位目击者描述，杀手动作非常灵敏、非常利索，所用的匕首是军用的双面刀。杀人后，等周围的人反应过来之后，他已经无影无踪了。杀人之时，杀手离最近的保安大约有20多步远的距离，可是保安连管也没管。当时街上游客很多，但目击杀人过程的却很少。
<P>消息人士指出，安检时，这个凶器是严禁带入现场的。杀手早前就在跟踪被杀的美国人，捅死了客巴克曼，还把他的太太捅伤。
<P><B>公安在现场将女冤民推下楼</B>
<P>消息人士还透露，当杀手杀人时，鼓楼上下都有很多公安人员，他们把欲寻死的女冤民推下楼，根本不是她自己从楼上跳下来的。
<P>“这么多的警察都没逮住杀手。中共所称跳楼的人并非自杀性跳楼，而是被公安从楼上推下致死的。据我们调查，她是个女的，是冤民，来自河北，身上带着上访的冤案材料，当时在西单一边的楼上，表示不想活了，有人劝她，她不可能拿刀捅一个美国人，却不幸成了牺牲品。”
<P><B>当局统一口径 目击者封口</B>
<P>《东方日报》10日报导，北京东城区鼓楼附近有不少专做游客生意的店铺，案发时店铺均开门营业，但当提及凶案时，不少店铺人员均“耍手拧头”，或说没看见，或轻轻带过，称没什么特别。凶案发生后，警方封锁鼓楼调查，期间有鼓楼职员经过，他们神色都有点慌张，对记者提问充耳不闻。
<P>报导说，北京市政府下令必须由市政府统一向外发放消息，以统一口径。而伤者入住的协和医院更是笼罩着一片神秘气氛，记者最初致电查询案中伤者是否在该院治疗，院方竟否认。后来医院戒严，严禁外人进入。
<P><B>将继续调查此案</B>
<P>这位消息人士表示，“我们将进一步调查这个案件，中共内部斗争近白热化。我们有些环节还需要突破。”
<P>他还列举，8月6日，路过前门的10路公交车发生火药爆炸，当时烧伤了一位约50岁的妇女，她的腿部被烧伤。虽然没有什么大的伤害，但是影响却很坏。北京奥运前的另一起汽车爆炸案，都与中共高层腐败、恐怖势力有关，他们非常凶残。</P></font></td>
