<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">2006年3月初，河北涿州强奸案受害妇女刘季芝被涿州610、国保队再次绑架迫害。同时被劫持的还有刘季芝的女儿。据悉，因身体和精神受到双重伤害，及遭邪党恶徒长期追捕，刘季芝已出现失常状态。请紧急救援！

<DIV align=left>2005 年11月24日晚8点多，河北省涿州市东城坊镇恶党政法人员及警察突然翻墙闯入西村51岁的村妇刘季芝家里，非法抄家之后进行绑架，并把她与其他被劫持的法轮功学员韩玉芝、魏宝良、汪贺林等强行带到东城坊镇派出所毒打折磨。恶警何雪健公然对刘季芝动手动脚，并淫笑说：“你看这是耍流氓吗？……”次日下午，何雪健把刘季芝带到他的宿舍，用胶皮警棍毒打，又用胶皮警棍狠打，并又开始耍流氓。其间610综合办的王会启一直在场看着，直看到何雪健扒刘季芝的裤子才出去。恶警何雪健强暴了刘季芝之后，紧接着又把另一名法轮功学员韩玉芝（41岁）叫进屋强奸了。这个过程中，同屋的警察王增军一直在床上躺着，斜着脑袋旁观。此后恶党人员还勒索了受害人家属3000元钱。 </DIV>
<P>何雪健的无耻行为侮辱的是自己的同胞，强暴的是与他母亲同代的妇女。
<P>当恶党流氓警察强暴的消息曝光后，遭到世界各地的严厉谴责。强奸犯何雪健被关押之后，恶党流氓集团竟然悬赏10万元要秘密抓捕受害人及见证人。刘季芝、韩玉芝等法轮功学员为了免遭进一步迫害，一直东躲西藏。2005年年底，恶党人员在涿州市非法抓捕了十多名法轮功学员。
<P>据消息，由于国际压力太大，强奸犯何雪健被送往保定。保定市不法人员2月23日在涿州市召开一个邪恶的会议，督促涿州市公安局专人负责在“审判”何雪健之前一定要不惜一切代价抓到韩玉芝和刘季芝等人，扬言要“杀人灭口，做到死无对证”，想推翻此案，凸显共产邪党的流氓本性。
<P>刘季芝因身体和精神上受到巨大伤害而出现失常状态，正读高中面临高考的大女儿不得不停课照顾母亲。母女俩只得在洗衣房帮人洗衣维持生存。3月初，母女俩不幸被涿州610、国保队绑架。
