<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>对于"灵魂”的传说由来已久，一直是人们争论的话题之一。相信"灵魂”存在的人认为：人的"灵魂”和人的肉体是组成人生命的两个缺一不可的部份，即使人的肉体死亡了，其"灵魂”依然存在。各种正统宗教信仰都相信有"灵魂”的存在。例如，基督教认为，信基督的人的"灵魂”在人死后可以进入天堂，而不信基督的人则要下地狱。佛教认为，人的肉体死亡之后，"灵魂”要转生，即六道轮回，转生成什么取决于其在世间的所作所为，善有善报，恶有恶报。 </P>
<P>不相信"灵魂”存在的人认为："灵魂”是人们出于对死亡的恐惧而想象出来的东西，人肉体死亡了，那么这个生命就结束了，他的思维停止，一切都过去了。他们的理由是，"灵魂”看不见、摸不着，连最先进的现代科学仪器也探测不到它的存在。 </P>
<P>还有一种观点认为，人类无法证明"灵魂”的存在，但也无法否定"灵魂”的存在。因为看不见、摸不着、现代科学仪器探测不到的，并不能证明不存在，也可能是因为这个仪器还不够先进。他们认为，"灵魂”的存在是一个"信”的问题，信则有，不信则无。他们认为这个观点是最公正的。 </P>
<P>"濒死体验”为揭开"灵魂”的神秘面纱照亮了一线曙光。所谓"濒死体验”，就是这个人的心脏跳动、脑电波都停止了(死亡)，后来在医生的抢救下又活了过来，并能回忆起在"死亡”那一段时间里的经历。例如，一位研究"濒死体验”的科学家在他的研究报告中写到： </P>
<P>"我访问了一位12岁的病人，她不知道由于哮喘而致的心脏停搏后她的病情多么的危急。在一小时的访问中，我们交谈了她住院的方方面面，从护士如何对她进行治疗，到食物的口味。最后访问结束时我问她：‘你还记得关于生病任何其它的事情吗？’她皱皱眉翘起鼻子说道：‘是的，发生了一件事，但很难描述，你可能认为我发疯了，但我确实认为我离开了我的身体，我想我是在往下看着我自己，我可以看见我妈妈握着我的手，我可以看见一束光。’” </P>
<P>科学家们发现，成千上万的人都经历过"濒死体验”。有的人离开自己的身体后看到医生在抢救自己的身体；有的人从身体里飘起来浮在天花板下，能看见房间的顶灯在自己的旁边；有的人感到自己飘起来后的身体很小；也有人看到了其它生命，等等。研究发现，"濒死体验”与人的性别、年龄、种族、宗教背景、职业、文化程度等无关。 </P>
<P>现在科学家们对"濒死体验”现象存在的真实性已经没有争执，但对于这种现象的解释却有几种不同的观点： </P>
<P>1)生理学解释(Physiological)：认为该现象是由于人大脑中化学成份的变化，例如二氧化碳含量的变化引起的一种幻觉效果； </P>
<P>2)心理学解释(Psychological)：认为该现象是由于人对死亡的恐惧心理而产生的一种想象，并不是真实存在； </P>
<P>3)超自然解释(Transcendental)：认为该现象反映了一种超常的客观存在，"濒死体验”的人看到的东西是真实的。 </P>
<P>英国医生山姆.帕尼尔是世界上第一个用科学实验证明"灵魂”真实存在的人。他的实验设计是这样的：如果病人死后"灵魂”能漂起来，还能看到自己的身体，看到医生们在抢救他的身体，看到天花板上的灯，那么如果在天花板的下方放一块板，板的上面放一些小物体(只有山姆自己知道是什么物体，别人不知道)，那么"灵魂”就应该能看到这些小物体。如果这个病人能被抢救过来，能够说出板上的小物体是什么，那么就能区分出"灵魂”到底是虚无飘渺的想象呢，还是一个客观存在的实体。 </P>
<P>山姆对100多个病人进行了研究，发现其中有7个被抢救过来的病人醒来后能说出自己"灵魂”离体时看到的景象，特别是板上的小物体，说的全都对。山姆的实验获得了成功。 </P>
<P>山姆的实验具有开创性的意义，他是世界上首次用科学实验的方法，证实了"灵魂”的客观存在。"灵魂”是一个客观存在的实体，有一定的大小，可以飘起来，可以移动，它是人生命存在的另一种形式，而不是虚无飘渺的想象。 </P>
<P>2001年6月20日，山姆应邀在休斯顿莱斯大学作了题为"濒死体验：透视脑死亡还是透视一门新的意识科学？”的报告，吸引了不少对生命研究感兴趣的人。在他的报告中，山姆首先介绍了对"濒死体验”研究的背景情况，有许多医生、科学家都对"濒死体验”进行过研究。在谈到意识(灵魂)与大脑的关系时，山姆介绍了不同的观点。 </P>
<P>传统观点认为：意识是在神经网络中产生的，如果没有神经网络，也就没有意识了；其它新观点有这样几种： </P>
<P>1)意识是由于量子效应产生的；<BR>2)意识是由于形态共振效应产生的；<BR>3)意识是独立于大脑而存在的，就像电磁场可以独立存在一样；<BR>4)"精神”本身就是一门科学。 </P>
<P>山姆还介绍了下一步研究情况：英国将花费140,000英镑进行心脏停搏的"濒死体验”的多学科研究；美国休斯顿贝勒医学院将进行"意识与基因表达关系”的研究；还有英国和美国进行的其它研究。 </P>
<P>最后山姆放映了典型的有过"濒死体验”经历人的谈话录像，并回答了听众提出的问题。 </P>
<P>休斯顿德州医疗中心的科研人员对山姆的研究表示极大的兴趣，认为对探索生命的本质有重大意义，提出与山姆合作，共同研究这个生命的新领域。 </P>

<P>山姆通过科学实验的方法证明"灵魂”的客观存在。然而在修炼界，人们早在几千年前就已经通过修炼这种方法证实了"灵魂”的客观存在，只不过修炼界把它叫"元神”，就是人在另外空间存在的身体。李洪志老师在《转法轮》中论述："那个身体存在形式是什么样的？你当然不能用现有的这个空间的概念去理解，你身体得同化那种空间存在的形式要求。在另外空间的身体本来就是可大可小的，那时你会发现那也是一个无比广阔的空间。”"我们讲元神不灭，这也不是什么迷信。我们这个物质身体细胞蜕去之后，而在另外物质空间里存在的更小的分子成分却没有灭掉，它只不过蜕了一个壳。”</P>
