<P>中国人民解放军全体官兵，武装警察部队官兵，预备役军人，广大民兵，军队离休、转业退伍军人、伤残军人： </P>
<P>八十多年来，中共这个西来的马列邪灵，给中华民族带来深重的灾难、无尽的羞辱和恐怖的血腥。千百年来，中国军人都是中华民族的优秀儿女，护国安邦的英雄。可是在中共的邪灵暴虐下，中国军人却被迫成了中共邪灵暴虐统治的工具、镇压人民的“党卫军”：有的助纣为虐，有的屠杀学生、有的镇压维权抗暴的工人、农民和退伍军人，有的参与迫害真善忍，有的活摘人体器官……这是全体中国军人的奇耻大辱；这是中华儿女共同的奇耻大辱！
<P>中共邪党在胁迫你们与人民为敌的同时，也在无视和侮辱军人的生命和生存价值。在国共内战、在朝鲜战场、在对越战争中，在珍宝岛（与前苏联）的战争中，中共的“人海战术”使无数年轻的生命屈死沙场，中国的国土不但没有保住反而因中共出卖而减少。时至今日，广大复员官兵成了中共各地官僚们眼中的“弱势群体”和访民灾民。目前，中共奥运将近，中共对军人的控制更加严厉。不许军人讨论军队国家化，不许军人接触自由信息，不许军人有自由信仰。而广大复退军人，则早已经被中共邪党打成“不安定因素”和“严打”的对象了。
<P>天灭中共，中共邪灵气数已尽，中共恶党解体在即。《九评共产党》在中国大陆的广泛传播，是上苍垂福于中华民族，是“天佑中华”的具体体现，使广大中国民众认清了中共的邪灵本质，至今已有4,000多万勇士退出了中共党团队，为自己生命的永远奠定了基础。同时，这种和平、理性、非暴力的精神觉醒大潮，也在最有效、最彻底地解体着中共这个西来的邪灵，并正在从根本上彻底结束中共对中国人的迫害。中国军人们：目前是你们大彻大悟、进行历史选择的时候了。
<P>值此千古难遇、生命攸关的历史关头，全球退党服务中心诚挚呼吁广大中国现役、退役军人：抓紧机缘，退出中共邪党的党、团、队，不做中共的党卫军，拒绝中共的屠杀人民的任何命令，成为解体中共、促中华新生的中坚，成为真正的保家卫国的未来中国国防军军人。用实际行动来洗刷中共党卫军罪恶，重铸中华军人之荣光。
