<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>本台记者近日采访了一位河南退休的老干部，她以化名智慧宣告与共产党决裂。她认为共产党太腐败了，中共官员从国家主席到地方干部，几乎每一个人都是为自己谋私利，完全不管老百姓死活，如果共产党再继续执政，真的会亡国。
<P>(录音) 现在成啥社会。上学难、住房难、看病难，这社会说的可好听，但是做的啥样啊！心口不一，光为自己着想，共产党太腐败了，马上亡党亡国了。
<P>(录音) 光说外国这不好、那不好，人家美国、日本、台湾，人家老百姓过的真好，钱也多、看病、上学都不要钱。共产党你说的再好，事实摆着了，不要自己说好了，让老百姓说好，说一套做一套。</P>
<P>这名智慧女士对于有关江泽民家族贪渎了20亿美金的事发表意见，她说上梁不正下梁歪啊，她就曾经在郑州李长春家族开的公司存款，结果全部被骗走了，李长春不但没事，还高升到中央去。</P>
<P>(录音) 20亿美金啊我知道，你想想，你干到国家主席，你还这样啊，底下别说了，跟着你学吧。<BR>(录音) 李长春就让大家把钱存到他那儿，利息高嘛！然后啊，他把钱都收到他自己腰包里了，不但江泽民没有惩罚他、没有管他，给他送到中央去了，有人说江泽民也收了钱了，贿赂了，我存了，我气死了呗！</P>
<P>智慧女士说从六四天安门事件到现在出现的退党大潮，都是起因于不满中共的贪腐，共产党官员想整治贪腐，根本是徒劳无功的。现在连军队、警察的官都需要用买的，共产党从里到外已经全部烂透了。</P>
<P>(录音) 邓小平他儿子邓朴方倒卖钢、铝锭，弄着钱可多了，在美国存着了，都知道，但是没办法。那时候太腐败了，大学生看不惯嘛！天安门事件，就用机关枪都扫了嘛！打死可多学生啊，血流成河呀！赵紫阳啊，就那一句话”同学们啊！对不起！我来晚了！”就不让他干了，清除出去了嘛。<BR>(录音) 朱镕基他为了怕当官的贪嘛，他就把公务员工资番番转，但是呢，照样贪，还嫌少，贪得无餍，老百姓穷啊！当官的富啊！谁都知道，你说黑不黑？<BR>(录音) 部队啊现在就是拿钱好帮我提升提升，北京武警总队，去那好地方了嘛，用钱买的，买的，买的地位。</P>
<P>智慧女士希望大陆民众都能响应退党，让腐败的共产党快点垮台，好让老百姓可以过好日子。</P>
<P>(录音) 希望100个能退90个，它就完蛋了。清算清算它，把钱都弄过来，救贫困山区的人，再一个医疗，让老百姓能够看病。</P>
<P>据评论家伍凡先生表示：80 年代的改革开放后，官僚资产阶级以权谋私，官商勾结，通过搞垮国企和掏空银行，以寅吃卯粮不断扩大负债的办法搞建设，中共官员把几亿人辛辛苦苦、省吃俭用积累起来的庞大财富转为已有，留下了银行坏帐、社保缺口和财政负债的三个大窟窿。未来几年，伴随房地产及股市的泡沫破灭和经济下滑，将会引起严重的财政危机。中国经济崩溃已经是不可能避免的事情了，经济下滑与社会不稳将是中国的前景，中国百姓将更难以承担共产党腐败的苦果。</P>
