<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">继山西省前高官贾甲脱离中共赴台投奔后，中国四川省民主人士、巴中访民吴亚林27日搭乘泰航PG636航机机，经香港飞往台北，据知将申请政治避难揭大陆司法黑暗。吴亚林并通过大纪元宣布脱离中共，公开声明退出共青团和少先队。
<P></P>据中央社报导，吴亚林27日搭乘泰航PG636班机，经香港飞台北，该班机于晚间10时38分抵达桃园机场。陆委员官员得知消息后正在了 解情况。六四天网消息则称，台湾的朋友已经和吴先生通上电话，吴亚林向台湾朋友清楚地表达了来台湾避难的意向。台湾朋友表示，28日早上，会到饭店探视吴亚林，并代为联络台湾人权促进会、行政院大陆委员会等相关部门，请他们妥善处理吴亚林的避难事宜。
<P><B>冤狱九年再被判劳教三年 被迫出逃 </B>
<P>现年48岁的吴亚林23日抵达香港，24日转飞泰国前接受大纪元电话采访时表示，因为长期受到中共迫害，生无宁日，被迫出逃寻求国际关注。1981年6月15日，吴亚林因揭露当地县长选举徇私舞弊，检举后遭打击报复，送到四川省第三监狱服刑9年，期满释放后，因不服四处上访，获法院判无罪，但寻求国家赔偿时遭拒绝，3次去北京上访遭截回，去年11月20号在北京新华门散发他的投诉材料时，被北京市西城区公安分局警察殴打并行政拘留7天，长期以来被监控。
<P>谈到这次出逃的原因。他说，四川省当地有法轮功学员派发《九评共产党》，他看后觉得很好，全部讲的是事实，就把《九评》传给朋友看，一共传了3本，但没想到走漏了风声。
<P>11月中，他在公安局的一位朋友告诉他，巴中市市委官员内定劳教他3年，其中一条罪状就是所谓的散播法轮功反动资料，另外还包括和六四天网接触披露9年冤狱和遭国安大队长截访旅游情况，以及多次上访“扰乱北京秩序”等。
<P>吴亚林称，为免再次无端入狱遭受迫害，他被迫出逃，寻求国际政治庇护。
<P><B>公开声明退出中共 </B>
<P>吴亚林并表示，早已看清共产党的邪恶，决定弃暗投明：“共产党是一个残忍的党，是一个没有人性的党，反人类的党。”
<P>他公开声明退出曾经参加过的共青团和少先队组织。
<P><B>父曾为共产党枪手 赴台代父谢罪 </B>
<P>吴亚林同时表示，父亲是国共内战期间共产党军队的机枪手，曾经在内战中打死了很多国民党军人，这次赶赴台湾也代表他的爸爸向国军死难者公开道歉，求得他们的原谅，也将揭露大陆司法黑暗等诸多问题。<BR></P></font></td>
