<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"> 中国上海东方航空公司机长袁胜，因8月8日在机场劝人退党遭告发，受警察威胁而留美避难，引起华人世界及美国社会的关注，也引起中共高层震动。为此大纪元记者采访了全球退党服务中心主任高大维博士，他表示袁胜件事使中共掩盖退党潮的大坝决堤，因此对中共来说是可怕的。
<P></P>高大维指出，迄今三退人数已超过１２００万，这样一个人类历史上民众精神觉醒的巨大历史事件，却因为中共的封锁和对媒体的收买，未能引起国际上的重视。此时出现的袁胜事件，将改变这个状况。此事件成为退党潮实实在在存在的一个鲜活见证，也是中共对退党潮恐慌的真实见证。
<P>8月8日，东航机长袁胜在飞机起飞前向工作人员介绍九评、劝人退出中共遭告发，被警察扣留，因起飞前无法换人，在机组人员和地勤人员坚持下，袁胜随该航班抵美。次日中午，虑及回国将遭迫害，袁胜宣布离开机组在美避难。８月１１日，经三天沉默，中共官方媒体否认袁胜因遭迫害而留美。
<P>到目前中共官方没有正面回应此事件，但据东航工作人员向大纪元透露，袁胜事件一发生时就震动了中共高层，下令封锁消息，统一口径，不许提九评退党。
<P><STRONG>*“中共的掩盖从此失效”</STRONG>
<P>高大维博士表示，自九评传播开始，中共采用了各种手段，包括在国内的“保鲜”，海外收买媒体，并且制造一些事件转移人们的注意力，因此退党潮在全球范围内一直被掩盖。但是袁胜事件的出现，把中共的铁幕封锁凿开了一道天窗。
<P>高大维认为，一个普通民众和别人谈及九评、劝退党就横遭抓捕，全世界都看到了，无论中共如何掩盖、转移视线，再无法掩饰其对退党潮的恐惧。袁胜事件的出现本身也说明中共的封锁失效，袁胜敢于在公开场所劝人退党，也标志着国内的三退正在从化名的“暗潮”过渡到真名的“明潮”。
<P>根据退党服务中心透露，最近该中心接到的要求三退人士，很多要求用真名退党。其中包括一些地区的维权工人和农民。该中心还接到很多军人来的电话，谴责暴政，要求真名退党。最近一名军人除了真名退党之外，还要求海外媒体采访他，“揭露中共罪行”。
<P>在袁胜公开劝三退这件事上，高大维认为，1200万大潮后面是成千上万的、遍布各个阶层的义工在推动，像袁胜这样的高级技术人才，有地位的白领阶层人士，都在做退党义工，足见退党潮在中国的深度和广度。
<P>他说，很多地方三退已经到了台面上，“中共控制不住，再无法掩盖。”
<P><STRONG>*中共政权展示脆弱</STRONG>
<P>据袁胜透露，当天他在上海机场劝人退党时，两个对他欲实施抓捕的警察说，他“肯定走不了”，因为“这问题关系到国家安全，太严重了！”。
<P>高大维博士认为这问题是关系到“中共”安全，而不是国家安全，“中国很安全，而且脱离中共后会更安全”。但是他说，“一句话就能危害其政权的安全，正说明中共太脆弱了。”
<P>高表示，日前有报导，中共出台规定，禁止人民币写退党信息，也说明此事已动其根基。民众觉醒运动，为当前中共之最怕，所以不像过去顾忌脸面，现在公开禁止这样做。
<P><STRONG>*对大陆民众的启示：</STRONG>
<P>高大维认为袁胜事件对大陆民众具有正面的启示作用，尽管退党一直被掩盖，但是很多人会藉此了解到真相，是一个鼓励。包括对很多军人，高官退党都有很大的鼓励。
<P>另外袁胜能够从魔掌逃脱，是因为正义的民众在群起指责警察的迫害，正义力量在制止迫害。
<P>他透露，在很多地区的退党也是同样情况，一些维权的地区集体用真名退党，中共就没有能力迫害，因为它虚弱。集体站出来，中共的迫害就更加衰弱，它自己也知道自己不得人心。
<P><STRONG>*国际社会当正视</STRONG>
<P>高大维认为，西方世界希望看到一个自由、民主的中国，但是对于中国民众的精神觉醒未给予足够的关注；袁胜事件的出现，使退党潮更加真实化，国际上也应该对此有一个全新的认识。
<P>他说，“这个和平非暴力的运动，是世界人民的共同大事。因为中共是世界动乱之源，中国人民在以最小的代价、最低的成本和平抛弃邪恶集团，对中国和世界都最有利，世界不能再沉默”。
<P><STRONG>*呼吁向退党义工施援手</STRONG>
<P>高大维乐见袁胜脱离迫害，奔赴自由，但他也表示，国内很多义工在被迫害，需要国际社会援助。
<P>他指出，过去发生很多起中共当局迫害退党义工的案件，但是很多人不相信，袁胜事件出现，国际上应该有所重视。
<P>他说，目前很多义工被关押，包括一直支持九评退党的高智晟律师，都惨遭迫害。他呼吁更多媒体关注袁胜及其家人，关注高智晟律师以及大陆成千上万的三退义工，退党服务中心愿意提供相关信息。
<P>高博士最后说，“抛弃血腥暴政的决心不会改变，中共解体一定会到来，世界媒体政府和人民不要错过这个历史纪元。向中国人民伸出援手，向被迫害的人伸出援手，谴责中共暴行。制止中共在解体前的疯狂。”</P> </font></td>
