<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">国际市场的原油价格已经超过了每桶98美金。油价刚开始涨的时候，大家都不太习惯，现在天天涨反倒习惯了。
<P>2000年来美国的时候，北维州87号汽油大概一加仑只有一块半美金。转年就是“九一一”袭击，随之而来的经济萧条，一度使每加仑汽油跌至一美元以下。慢慢随着经济复苏，油价逐步回到一块半。在这个过程中，油价虽然在涨，但是心理觉得还可以接受，因为毕竟没有超过刚来美国时的油价。
<P>到了2004年，油价一度逼近两美元。当时觉得这样的油价简直让人没办法开车出行。然而到2005年，卡崔娜飓风使油价超过每加仑三美元时，反而觉得一年前的油价只能算小弟弟罢了。
<P>现在虽然油价还在涨，但还是没有超过2005年的高价，看着总觉得情况并不那么糟糕。
<P>看来对油价的感觉，还不取决于油价本身的高低，而是取决于你的心理预期。只要没有超过心理预期，再高也能承受；超过了心理预期，再低也觉得亏得慌。
<P>这是一个很有意思的心理现象。在历史和现实中，利用这种心理现象的例子比比皆是。例如《史记.留侯世家》中讲了这样一个故事：刘邦称帝后，一次看到群臣坐在沙地上议论纷纷，就问张良这些人在干什么。张良回答说“这些人在商量着造反”。刘邦很奇怪，说“天下已定，这些人为什么要造反？”张良回答说：“陛下当了皇帝，封赏的都是萧何、曹参这些你喜欢的人；杀的都是跟你有怨恨的人，这些人担心自己以前有过失，会被你杀掉，所以就要谋反。”刘邦问计，张良说：“平时陛下最恨的人是谁？”刘邦回答：“雍齿这个人数次背叛我，还让我很没面子，我一直想杀了他，但是他功劳很多，所以一直忍到今天也没有动手。”张良说“那就赶紧封雍齿一个大官。”刘邦于是封雍齿为甚方侯。群臣见雍齿尚且封侯，于是也就人人放心了。
<P>张良显然是精通心理学的人。因为雍齿封侯，超过了群臣的预期，所以大家疑虑尽消。最后封赏的结果，近乎皆大欢喜的局面。
<P>类似的心理学用过了头，就成了诡计。我们发现中共每做一点让步，例如释放了一名政治犯并将其流放海外，国际社会就会欢呼雀跃一番，好像中共不是释放、倒是营救了一个人质一样，却忘记了那个人从一开始就根本不应该进监狱。
<P>中共就是这样常常把坏事做得看起来像好事一样。以后我们再想为中共的某一件事唱两句赞歌的时候，倒应该检讨一下，是不是自己对中共的道德预期太低所致。然后再检讨为什么单单对中共的道德预期如此之低，或许我们内心深处，也从来没有把中共当成什么好东西吧。</P></font></td>
