<P>自苏家屯活体摘除法轮功学员器官的罪恶曝光后，苏家屯地下集中营人证已被全部秘密转移。中共当局在沉默三周之后，高调造假并扬言邀请海外媒体到当地调查，被外界普遍认为是在销毁罪证之后欲盖弥彰的姿态。</P>
<P>现居西安的前胡耀邦秘书林牧先生今天接受大纪元采访时，强烈呼吁国际社会共同制止中共惨无人道的罪恶，呼吁国际社会、联合国人权机构全面调查中国的所有劳教所，彻底调查中共对法轮功学员、对政治良心犯等的灭绝人性的包括活体摘除器官在内的所有酷刑迫害。以下根据访谈内容整理而成。</P>
<P><STRONG>活体摘除器官毫无人性</STRONG></P>
<P>中共对法轮功学员活体摘除器官的罪恶行为，不仅违反国际公法，也违反中国的法律。虽然最近所谓的立法了，但是未必能执行。</P>
<P>中国人自古很注重礼仪，注重亲人去世后“全尸”、“入土为安”等传统观念，甚至说，亲人的尸体，头发都是不能损伤的。</P>
<P>根据中国人的传统观念，中共这种活体摘除器官的罪恶行为是极其惨无人道、毫无人性的兽行。</P>
<P><STRONG>中国劳教所是邪恶之最</STRONG></P>
<P>中国的劳教所是中国最黑暗的角落，最邪恶的地方，酷刑泛滥。我曾听说很多事情，包括法轮功学员、政治良心犯等在劳教所受到的酷刑迫害。有很多人从那里出来，都亲身经历过那里面的各种酷刑方式。</P>
<P>我的很多年青的朋友们都是见证者，比如：去年刑满释放的王金波，在监狱中受到多次拷打；杭州的陈龙德曾遭受电刑，现在已经全身残废，西安的马晓明、赵长青等都曾遭受酷刑虐待……</P>
<P><STRONG>中共掩盖劳教所罪行</STRONG></P>
<P>虽然有很多已经出来的人披露在劳教所中遭受的酷刑迫害，但是无法起诉他们，因为找不到证人，拿不出证据，因为在现场的都是他们的人，包括公安的，劳教所的管理人员，他们不可能作证。</P>
<P>也有善良一点的公安人员、监狱管理人员，他们曾经口头上给我们讲过酷刑虐待的事情，但是让他们作证，他们就不认了，因为怕危险。</P>
<P>另外，劳教所还经常发动刑事犯来虐待政治犯，用各种手段掩盖罪行。</P>
<P><STRONG>呼吁国际社会调查</STRONG></P>
<P>鉴于中国的劳教所罪行普遍，酷刑泛滥，尤其是现在对法轮功学员活体摘除器官的罪行已被曝光；</P>
<P>鉴于中共无视法律，劳教所的罪恶无法在中国通过法律程序解决；</P>
<P>鉴于中共一贯造假、掩盖罪行的本性；</P>
<P>我们呼吁国际社会、联合国人权机构对中共的非人道的暴行进行全面的、独立的调查。我们强烈要求中共开放中国的所有劳教所让国际社会调查。</P>
<P>我们呼吁联合国的权威机构把调查落到实处，排除一切阻力，粉碎中共的阻挠和封锁，对中国的劳教所、监狱、看守所、610办公室这类特务机构、非法组织等作普遍的调查。</P>
<P>无论结果如何，做到何种程度，我们呼吁国际社会各界人士共同发出正义的呼声：只有深入的、大范围的、全面的、独立的调查才是有效的，有意义的。</P>
<P>我们一定要呼吁，持续的强烈的发出我们的呼吁。<BR></P></font></td>
