<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">中共一直给中国人灌输「与天斗其乐无穷」的理论思想。
<P>但真到灾难来时，那些嘴上说要斗一斗的跑的最快。SARS泛滥时江泽民就是逃跑第一人，说让胡锦涛冲锋陷阵在第一线，江家帮的都守第二线。其实哪里有第一线第二线啊，江泽民到了上海，萨斯小姐紧追到上海，结果逼的江泽民到处打游击。
<P>最近，北韩共产政府发射了起码7枚飞弹，说是距离可达美国，但都掉进了日本海。这次威胁世界和平的幕后黑手是中共，这是借道北京前往北韩去观摩发射飞弹的一群伊朗导弹专家泄露的。
<P>为惩处北韩试射多枚飞弹引致朝鲜半岛局势紧张，联合国安理会7月15日一致通过措辞严厉的制裁北韩决议案，但这个决议案因为中共的反对，而没有把“如果北韩还继续发射，可以武力解决”的具体条件纳入进去。
<P>于是北韩狂叫，这个决议案对它无效，它还要继续发射飞弹。确实这个决议案对它没有实质的制约力，你不真揍它，这无赖的皮肉痒痒病还真控制不住呢。
<P>今天看到一个新闻，北韩官方媒体“北韩中央电视台”报导，「时隔16年的北韩大同江首次发生了大洪水」。南韩的「北韩日报」报导，「连日的豪雨，北韩境内的大同江，最近水位暴涨，造成了十六年来最严重的灾情」，「面临水患威胁，北韩政府开始忙着紧急救灾，解决水患问题」，「在遭受水灾的情况下，很难再进行『飞弹的再试射』以及军事挑衅的行为」，「再度试射飞弹是无暇顾及了」。
<P>这让我想起「人不治天治」这句老话来。谁能跟老天爷斗呢？谁能斗过老天爷呢！
<P>本来，北韩粮食就出现了大状况，北韩今年无法生产出80至100万吨的粮食最小需求量。而南韩政府的50万吨援助已搁浅，中共自己那里的粮食产量也因为各种天灾人祸而例行的供给量不得不减少。
<P>巨大洪灾不但要了北韩流氓的命，让它停止了飞弹试射，而且让它焦头烂额。而中共恐怖政权因为给北韩撑腰也使中华大地灾难重重。这几天打开新华网，这个谎话篓子报导出的星星点点的灾害已经是满视野了，惊心动魄了。
<P>这个新闻给人的感觉是，哪个无赖，怎么无赖，哪个姑息养奸，哪个助纣为虐，到头来都是跟自己过不去，更重要的是给本国人民带来无穷的灾难。
<P>其实，联合国安理会要真想解决用飞弹威胁世界的北韩独裁政权，方法很简单，就是集中精力灭掉中共，把大个儿的灭了，把母瘊子挖掉了，那瘊儿子北韩根本不需要动手，它自己就垮掉了。</P></font></td>
