<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">科学家们发现，要想管住自己，关键是管住自己的脑子。因为造成成瘾的“快乐中枢”就在大脑中。其实“快乐中枢”可不是什么新发现。早在五十年前，科学家们就知道，只要对脑子做点手脚，就可以让你快乐到死不回头。 </p>
<p>如今生活在大城市真是幸福之极。衣着早已不是为了蔽体，而是美观加个性；食物也非为了裹腹，各类佳肴目不暇 接，好生解馋。平日一切都是自动化、电子化；出门则以车代步；甚至很多朋友的工作也不必太劳作，无非张张嘴巴、敲敲电脑。若是现实中的日子太枯燥了，上网 开辟第二社区，同样有吃有喝有音乐，乐再其中。 <br>
<br>
可是幸福归幸福，随之而来的问题也让人头疼。好东西一多，什么都能成瘾。 <br>
<br>
美食若是成了瘾，管不住自己的嘴--享受各类可乐、冰激淋、巧克力还有油炸土豆片。吃的多、动的少，结果可想而知：纵向尺寸没变，横向尺寸大增。时间一长，什么高血压、心脏病、糖尿病都来了。 <br>
<br>
上网要是成了瘾，则是废寝忘食。尤其是孩子倘若迷上了网络电子游戏，做家长的真是着急。长此以往，不仅荒了学业，也损害身体。 <br>
<br>
更糟糕的是，懒似乎也能成瘾。早晨懒得起，下班累了懒得动，真是主宰不了这个身体，制定的健身计划从来完不成。 <br>
<br>
不上瘾，就要管得住自己；科学家们发现，要想管住自己，关键是管住自己的脑子。因为造成成瘾的“快乐中枢”就在大脑中。 <br>
<br>
其实“快乐中枢”可不是什么新发现。早在五十年前，科学家们就知道，只要对脑子做点手脚，就可以让你快乐到死不回头。</p>
<p>研究发现吸毒者吸食毒品一段时间后，可以形成“病 理性快乐中枢”。控制了正常的生理“快乐中枢”， 产生对毒品的强烈渴望和依赖。<br>
<br>
1954年，美国加州理工学院两个年轻的生物学家欧兹和米勒，在老鼠脑中率先发现了“快乐中枢”。他们在老鼠丘脑下部接了个电极，外面连着一个杠杆。只要老鼠压杠杆，电极就接通，刺激老鼠的中枢神经。 <br>
<br>
结果令人吃惊，老鼠很快学会压杠杆来刺激自己的脑子。它不停的压呀压呀，每小时可达8000次，持续15到20小时，直道精疲力竭地瘫倒；一旦醒来，又继续高效工作……大家都知道生存是动物的本能，究竟是什么使得老鼠变得如此不要命？ <br>
<br>
原来问题就出在“快乐中枢”。后来科学家发现，人类也有快乐中枢，主要负责生存和生殖。原来所谓食色性也，都是因为可以刺激快乐中枢，难怪让人放不下。 <br>
<br>
若是对“快乐”不加节制，就会成瘾。研究发现吸毒者吸食毒品一段时间后，可以形成“病理性快乐中枢”。它不断释放多巴胺类神经介质，从而控制了正常的生理“快乐中枢”，产生对毒品的强烈渴望和依赖。 <br>
<br>
看来人要想主宰自己，真得有点理智，明白自己究竟需要什么，不需要什么。快乐当然是好事，只是不要被“快乐中枢”骗了自己。让我们都来作“快乐”的主人，别当“快乐”的奴隶。常言道，知足者常乐。真正的快乐，其实在于对快乐的节制。</p>
