<P>(大纪元记者徐竹思报导）古人认为婚姻由缘份注定，十年修得同船渡，百年修得共枕眠，因此他们都是先结婚后“恋爱”。现代人认为这是不可思议的，现在人们都强调爱情及为“我”的个性。那么平淡的婚姻与火热的爱情，到底哪一个应是自然赋予人的生活方式呢？这一直是科学家想要知道的。<BR><BR>最近一些对热恋中男女的大脑核磁共振扫瞄图（MRI）研究显示，“爱”的三种形式－肉欲（lust）、热恋或浪漫的爱（romantic love）和长期伴侣（long-term attachment）实际是不同的现象，它们各有在大脑的活动表现状态和相应的化学物质，并分别对应交配（mating）、配偶联系（pair- bonding）和为人父母（parenting）的情感。</P>
<P>“人是天生就是为繁衍后代，而不是来享受情欲的。”美国罗特格大学（Rutgers University）的菲谢（Helen Fisher）博士得出以上结论。她认为，“长期伴侣”给人带来平静和安全感，使人对社会生活感到舒适，获得情感的凝聚，这种状态使得父母可以齐心协力抚养小孩。而肉欲和热恋即便可以给人带来短暂的快感，在脑部的活动却与吸毒或一些病理状态相似。</P>
<P>加拿大蒙特利尔的康考地亚大学（Concordia University）的心理学家法斯（Jim Pfaus）说，“肉欲”状态很类似人吃完鸦片后的感觉，它会使人体产生一系列的化学反应，科学家测到血清素（serotonin）、催产素（oxytocin）、血管加压素（vasopressin）和人体自产的像海洛因和鸦片一样的代谢物质等指标，都与吸毒后的状态相符。</P>
<P>热恋状态的人通常会对某一对像产生极度欢乐、焦躁和迷恋的感情。有些研究人员认为，这些精神状态与狂躁忧郁症（manic depression）的狂躁阶段的神经化学状态相同。而菲谢博士的研究表明，一些处于热恋中的人的行为，如总想刺激对方，与强迫症（obsessive compulsive disorder）相似。</P>
<P>事实上热恋也许真是一种病态，强迫症患者血清素含量低，热恋的人也一样。有病要早治，发展到后期就难治了，“治疗”热恋也像治病一样，菲谢博士说，在临床上用Prozac治疗强迫症，这种抗忧郁症药可以让血清素在大脑持续的时间长一些；抑制热恋的情感是可能的，但限于初级阶段。服用Prozac的患者可能开始会对爱表现冷淡，但爱情一旦加深，就什么也挡不住了，它会超过人的饥饿感，这时人就“没治了”。</P>
<P>菲谢博士认为，肉欲和热恋的状态可能会导致危险的结果，它们会使人对爱不专一，产生妒忌，造成随意的性行为、婚外情和离婚等棘手的社会现象。然而造成这两种类似病理表现状态的因素却大多是后天观念形成的，与文化、社会因素、知识程度和自己在社会生活中积累的经验有很大关系，比如：人会偏爱某一类型的对象；男人一般喜欢年轻漂亮的女人，女人则多喜欢有钱、受教育程度高和有地位的男人；人还学会送花、巧克力和甜言蜜语，以博得恋爱对象的欢心。</P>
<P>科学家希望通过研究爱情的神经化学通道，找到解决一些精神和心理疾病与社会关系的途径，例如自闭症、精神分裂症和失恋引发的严重忧郁症。现在他们认为爱情不过是一组化学反应。他们还发现可以改变一个基因，就可使原本交配专一的草原田鼠变成像山区田鼠那样，只对一夜情感兴趣的“花花公子”。</P>
<P>有人因此很兴奋，认为不久的将来或许可以通过药物或基因疗法使失恋不会感到痛苦，使自己爱慕的人也能爱上自己，或者永远享受性欲和爱情带来的幸福。然而，这可能永远是人类的一厢情愿。</P>
<P>既然研究人员已发现“长期伴侣”的状态是人天性，为什么人却总是想追求与病理表现相似的热恋状态呢？都知道吸毒不好，成瘾了还要戒毒，为什么还希望通过药物或基因疗法满足如同吸毒一样的肉欲呢？既然肉欲和热恋会导致一系列家庭与社会问题，医生与社会为什么不像宣传预防疾病与反吸毒那样宣传这两种状态的危害性呢？</P>
<P>或许人类应反思一下自己的欲望，重拾古训，接受平平淡淡才是真。</P></font></td>
