<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">众所周知，中共的公安部门有一个专门的机构叫做网监大队，专门负责对海外自由媒体的网络封锁和对国内网站的网络监控、内容过滤。那么他们每天都在干些什么和怎么干的呢？
<P>我的一位朋友与大陆某地一个分局的网监大队的人很熟悉，因此得知一点关于这些“网特”（网络特务的简称也叫网络警察）们的一点消息。
<P>自从贵州省瓮安县发生公安大楼被不满的抗议民众焚烧事件之后，中共为了隐瞒和掩盖事实真相，对此消息进行全国范围内的严厉封锁。公安的网监部门有自己的内部网站，具有先进的各种网络封锁、网络搜索、内容过滤技术。他们用一种专门的类似MSN的聊天工具，在公安内部建立了庞大的上下级和地方群组，在全国范围内协同工作。这几天他们的主要工作就是在各自监管的范围内严厉搜索网民们发布的有关瓮安县民众为何对公安不满并导致公安大楼被焚烧的事实真相，并予以上报和删除。一个姓杨的网警在聊天工具里留下这样一段话，大概内容如下：我在某地搜索了有关此事件的消息，所有找到的内容在一个小时之内都被当地的网警“报了”，并称赞这个地区网警的工作效率很高。“报了”是什么意思本人也不太清楚，猜测可能是处理的意思。
<P>在此由于安全因素，没有提及该地区的具体信息以及当事人的有关内容。
<P>从此事件可以看出，网警们的作用和他们的工作内容。那么在此之前发生有关中共的一切不光彩的事件，他们一定也是同样的做法。如：法轮功被迫害事件、海外中领馆收买流氓攻击<SPAN class=popup title=法轮大法，也称法轮功，是1992年5月由李洪志先生传出的佛家上乘修炼大法，以宇宙最高特性“真善忍”为根本指导，按照宇宙的演化原理而修炼。经亿万人的修炼实践证明，法轮大法是大法大道，在把真正修炼的人带到高层次的同时，对稳定社会、提高人们的身体素质和道德水准，也起到了不可估量的正面作用。>法轮功</SPAN>退党服务中心事件等等，网特们都充当着同样的角色。那就是坚决不能让大陆的百姓们在网上看到任何的有关这些事件的真实消息。</P></font></td>
