<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>据刚从大陆传出的消息，2007年10月20日被视为河北省唐山市路北分局大案的李国才（男，63岁）和张宗素（女，60岁） 夫妇案件宣判：张宗素判刑7年，李国才判刑4年，但他们夫妇俩想不通他们何罪之有，又为何如此重判。 </P>
<P>李国才夫妇是唐山市建筑二局四公司退休工人。李国才在四公司当了一辈子工人，在单位老实厚道，无人不知。修炼法轮功前，李国才几乎每年都要大病一场，他的胃大半被切除了、血管曲张、曾经因为锅炉故障导致被开水烫伤。而他修炼法轮功近十年来，无病一身轻，身体非常健康，再没有在单位报销过一次药费。张宗素以前是单位出了名的药罐子，九七年修炼法轮功后，身体很快恢复健康，也是再没有从单位报销过药费。 </P>
<P>2007年4月26日，六个便衣闯入他们家中，在没有出示任何书面证明的情况下进行抄家，将夫妇二人及其不修炼的儿子强行绑架，并非法抄走电脑、打印机等私人物品。夫妻二人先被劫持到钓鱼台派出所，后唐山路北公安分局国保大队郑涛、李洋将他们非法关押在唐山市第一看守所。据悉，唐山路北分局把这老俩口当成了大案在办，尤其涉及电脑和网络的案件都是如临大敌一般，可是李国才夫妇连电脑都不会操作。 </P>
<P>张宗素一进看守所就有心脏病的症状，但看守所不顾法律条文的规定，执意将其送进看守所。为抵制这种非法行为，张宗素曾经绝食绝水近一个月，后期每天被野蛮灌食两次。（注：这里的灌食，不是为了当事人的健康着想，而是一种酷刑，很多法轮功学员均死于野蛮灌食。）看守所每次灌食收取费用五十元。二位老人从被抓到现在，已经超过半年，看守所一直以各种理由推托不允许家人探视。 </P>
<P>唐山路北法院于8月14日开庭审理此案，一开始不允许旁听，在家人的一再要求下，才勉强让直系亲属4名进入旁听，但不允许有任何发言。当庭，二位老人拒不认罪，路北法院草草收庭。10月20日在没有任何法律依据的情况下，法庭对二人实行强制判刑，张宗素被非法判刑7年，李国才被非法判刑4年，二人均不服从审判结果，现已提出上诉。看守所以二人提出上诉为由，再度拒绝其与家属会面。 </P>
<P>据悉，到目前为止，李国才夫妇尚在唐山第一看守所的非法关押之中。</P></font></td>
