<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">今年8月到11月的三个多月里，青海省西宁市公安局恶报频频：46岁的公安局副局长李文军、42岁的城东公安分局局长周海林、开发区公安分局局长谈小平、城北分局治安大队大队长杨永宁相继突然死去，一时间整个公安局人心惶惶。是什么导致4位当位红人离奇死亡的呢？
<P></P><B>四位壮汉相继病死</B>
<P>今年八月，西宁市开展打压法轮功专项月活动，公安局副局长李文军负责抓捕法轮功学员。八月十八日，他们绑架了法轮功学员李兴福、袁爱荣。第二天，李文军突然死去。医生说是突然得了腹股癌，死时年仅四十六岁。
<P>李文军死后，西宁市委号召公安干警向他学习，继续抓捕法轮功。十月二十三日，西宁市城东公安分局局长周海林突发脑溢血，死时年仅四十二岁。
<P>十几天后，西宁市开发区公安分局局长谈小平因患肝癌在北京医治无效回西宁，并于十一月七日死亡。死时谈小平双目圆睁，怎么也无法使其闭眼，样子十分恐怖。
<P>20天后，西宁市公安局城北分局治安大队大队长杨永宁也突然死亡。家人称早晨见他躺在床上，以为他要多睡会，那知中午回家，发现他还躺在被窝里，浑身早已冰凉。
<P>不到四个月里，几百人的西宁市公安局接连死了四位领导，而且都是突然得病，壮年暴死，这让局里上上下下人心惶惶，以至于对最后杨永宁的死，公安局不敢公开发布告，对外称杨永宁出差了。
<P><B>风水还是恶行</B>
<P>有人提出，是不是位于西宁市最繁华大什字的市公安局大门朝向不对，风水不好？尽管局长知道这种说法不成立，大门一直这么开着，以往怎么没出事？但为了安抚人心，局里还是决定立即改修西大门，这在冰天雪地的西宁很少见的。
<P>也有心里明白的。西宁位于青藏高原这块神奇的土地上，所见所闻使得不少人不得不相信有神佛的存在。目前，西宁市从事高风险职业的人经常烧香拜佛，其中有不少是公安干警。他们私下议论，法轮功是修佛修道的，迫害这些人，不是对神佛的最大不敬吗？他们四人是遭报应死的。
<P>据青海省追查迫害法轮功证据收集组报告，这暴死4人都直接参与了对法轮功的迫害。李文军原是刑警大队队长，因公安业务能力较强，二零零二年被提拔为公安局副局长。上任后他负责抓捕了参与电视插播的法轮功学员张荣娟、贺万吉、李崇峰、段小燕等人，并将他们判处20年左右的重刑。而法轮功学员赵香忠、贺万吉、张学凤的死，也跟李文军有关。
<P>谈小平任开发区公安分局局长之前，一直任西宁市公安局五处处长，专门负责二十里铺看守所、青海省女子劳教所等关押法轮功学员的工作，几年来许多法轮功学员在那里惨遭迫害，都与谈小平有直接关系。
<P>杨永宁调任治安大队大队长不到一年，他原是城北分局朝阳派出所的所长。他曾对数十名法轮功学员实施多次骚扰、拘留和判劳教，席晓莲就被他迫害得音讯皆无、生死未卜。 <BR></P></font></td>
