<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>现在一些迹象表明中共正在加强多方面的控制。近来媒体报导说，北京警察狂抓上访者，以纽约为总部的中国人权组织说，近来中国拘捕三万六千名上京抗议的示威者，他们有些被毒打。中央社9月8日报导，上海市文化广播影视局坦承，预计年底前要求上海一千三百五十家网吧、十一万台电脑，全部安装监控软体。美国之音9月9日报导说，中国加紧控制网络信息传播，钳制中国人民的网络自由。<BR>据海外媒体报导，中国的封锁网络归江泽民的儿子江绵恒管，因为江氏父子干的坏事、丑事太多，害怕人说，网上言论比较大胆，是最难以控制的，也是最令其头痛的。据熟悉情况的朋友介绍，中国电信大王江绵恒属下的中国电讯，其封网行为一直都是非常严厉的，例如，隶属中国电讯下面的21cn.com电子邮件服务器，对电子邮件的过滤和封锁极其严重。</P>
<P>笔者获悉，在中国网民中流行的突破中共网络封锁的利器 -- 自由门(Freegate)，最近突然被美国赛门铁克(Symantec)公司的诺顿防病毒软件(Norton Antivirus)误认为木马(电脑病毒的一种)，这件事情非常奇怪。</P>
<P>据了解，自由门是由美国的动态网络技术公司和一些志愿者共同开发的，是动态网的一个有机组成部份，免费为中国广大网民使用，目的是让中国的广大网民不再成为世界上的二等网民。它能够让中国网民绕过中共的网络封锁，自由的阅读和浏览被中共网警封锁的网站。动态网和自由门拥有众多的使用者，使用者都是自愿的，其中有普通的网民、人权和民运人士、研究人员、法轮功人士、宗教人士等等，还有海外人权机构，政府机构和独立媒体等等。</P>
<P>据统计在中国每年使用动态网和自由门的累计人次有几千万，例如在去年萨斯(SARS)病疫期间和今年台湾大选期间，使用动态网(自由门)的人数激增。动态网(自由门)和无界流览是目前突破中共网络封锁的最有效工具，为中国网民获得即时和准确的资讯作出了突出的贡献，是江氏父子的眼中钉。</P>
<P>开发和使用自由门的人士都清楚，自由门是正常的电脑软件，从2002年3月开始投入使用，最新的版本是5.2。自由门和电脑病毒没有任何关系，而且投入使用已经有两年多了，现在世界上著名的诺顿防病毒软件(Norton Antivirus)突然把它归为木马(电脑病毒的一种)，从技术上很难讲得通。就象一个医生把一个正常、身体健康的人突然诊断为病入膏肓，如果不是别有用心，那么该医生定是个庸医。如果自由门真是木马，诺顿现在才发现，这和其声称的技术水平不相称。当然，自由门根本就不是电脑病毒。</P>
<P>当笔者把这最新动态告诉一位熟悉自由门和动态网的朋友时，他的反应是中共可能和这有关系。笔者觉得这位朋友说的不是没有道理。是啊，一个世界级的网络安全公司犯这种低级的技术性错误，实在难以说得过去。尤其是现在所处的中国政治大环境中，中共极力封锁网络，不让中国网民了解世界和在中国发生的真实一切。</P>
<P>网上相传，国内的一些杀毒软件与公安部门合谋窥探用户的一些隐私信息。据大陆的网民称，瑞星杀毒软件和公安部门串通一气，偷偷的把“自由门”删除。笔者认为，自由门突然被诺顿归为木马不象是纯粹技术性的错误，也似乎不象是巧合，让人不能不想是否有其它原因。而且我们已经知道，少数西方公司在中共的金钱和市场诱惑下，暗中和独裁专制者合作，帮助独裁专制者压制中国人民和阻止中国的进步发展，其中包括帮助中共封锁网络。</P>
<P>也有热心的朋友想让更多的中国网民能够即时阅读所想看的资讯，问笔者如何做。笔者觉得，热心的朋友可以这样：1) 在保证安全的情况下向赛门铁克(Symantec)公司说明情况；2) 揭露中共用搜刮来的民脂民膏封锁网络，剥夺人民的知情权，笔者在以前的一篇文章中指出，中共这种剥夺人民知情权的做法是违法犯罪行为；3) 利用安全和便利条件让中国网民知道发生的情况，解除他们的顾虑。</P>
<P>据了解，有关人士也在通过其它途径寻求解决方法。<BR></P></font></td>
