<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>明慧记者××近日采访了动态网络公司总裁夏比尔先生，请他解答了一些法轮功学员关心的问题。</P>
<P>记者：夏先生您好。明慧网是法轮功学员向世界展示法轮功真象的网站。我们的编辑收到很多来自中国大陆的反馈，动态网是法轮功学员经常使用的工具之一。非常感谢你们无偿提供这样的技术。 </P>
<P>夏：让中国大陆的网民能享受到真正自由的互联网正是我们的目地。很高兴能够给法轮功学员提供帮助。同时也感谢大家的积极传播，共同推动让更多的人能享受到这样的自由。 </P>
<P>记者：在中国大陆，网警的一个重要任务就是封锁明慧网以及关于法轮功遭受残酷迫害的真象，大陆的法轮功学员都非常关心上网安全问题。您能否从这一方面谈一下？ </P>
<P>夏：动态网每天一般会有超过10万人使用，法轮功学员只是占少数。更主要的是，通过动态网传输的内容都是高度加密的，网警不在你的计算机面前，区分不出来每个人看的是什么网站。通过动态网做网络投稿等也都是加密的。许多高校的教授也得用动态网上海外网站收集资料做研究。大家都在用的。 </P>
<P>有人说网警会监视下载流量来找出法轮功学员，其实通过动态网下载媒体文件，法轮功的内容也只是一小部份。而且中国也有巨大的带宽被用做于从海外下载媒体文件。比如一些P2P点对点技术被用来下载电影什么的，国内很多宽带网用户成天都挂在网上，一个月下载很多电影并不稀奇；还有中共对色情网站的封锁如海外媒体所说是"三心二意”，还是有许多网站有人从中国可以直接访问，这种访问也会造成大量的流量。所以监视流量，网警看到的首先是下载电影的，然后是看色情网站的。 </P>
<P>总之使用动态网本身是很安全的。 </P>
<P>進一步使用自由门（注：动态网的客户端软件）时选中"程序退出时自动清除历史”，这样即使别人在你的计算机上也不知道你看了哪些网站了。 </P>
<P>记者：通过动态网上明慧网和上其它网站有什么不同吗？上明慧网会不会更危险？ </P>
<P>夏：不会。就象我刚才说的，在大陆使用动态网的人很多，要找到说谁在上动态网是很难的。而动态网的所有数据流又都是加密的，所以更不可能从中看出谁上了法轮功网站。 </P>
<P>记者：有许多学员总结了各种安全措施和技术窍门，您怎么看？ </P>
<P>明慧网上有许多对突破封锁技术的反馈，和对国内监视技术的信息。我们一直也在跟踪这些信息。明慧网上的写的各种措施可以从几个角度简单谈一下： </P>
<P>1、最重要是非技术的因素：避免不必要的信息交流与记录，另外要理智和镇定。采取安全措施或者学习安全技术不要给自己造成恐慌。好比每天吃饭时要是总担心明天就吃不上饭了，那肯定营养不良。多数安全措施好比是买保险，在一定情况下会有保护作用，多数时候其实不起作用。 </P>
<P>2、自己上网是很安全的，也不需要学什么，人人都应该可以很容易掌握的。我们的自由门软件双击就应该可以用了。 </P>
<P>3、在网上做不同的事情有不同的安全要求。这方面我看到过明慧上有很好的文章。总得说来，好比是学习驾驶。骑三轮车一般是不用学的，骑自行车就得练一练了，开车可以上一下驾校，开飞机那就得好好学一学了。每个人情况都不一样，但是你会走路就不妨学一学骑三轮，会三轮不妨学一学骑自行车。每个人都是有潜力的。大家都可以不断地发掘自己的潜力。 </P>
<P>4、也有的技术窍门不一定必要。也许像是开飞机的人应用自己的经验开车会开得更好，但是那不是必要的。 </P>
<P>记者：谢谢您的解释。那请您对明慧网的读者再说几句话吧。 </P>
<P>夏：我们做的传播自由信息的事情做到现在是大家从各方面努力的结果，我们提供这样的技术只是其中的一小部份。我想现在在大陆你还敢炼法轮功，那你就是勇士了。你要我说，我当然希望每个法轮功学员都能来上网，来帮助传播海外的自由信息。具体说，第一你自己用就是支持；第二要介绍更多的人来用，用的人越多，越是安全，大家也能都来克服心底的恐惧，封锁也会更困难；第三因为网民只是中国人口的一小部份，所以要把信息传播给更多的人，第四是技术上碰到困难反馈给我们，这样帮助你自己的同时，我们可以改進技术，可以让更多的人都毫无困难地可以使用这些技术。</P></font></td>
