<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">受中共政权网络封锁之苦的中国网民又有了新的突破封锁的工具。最近新推出的“火凤凰安全网络”和“世界通软件”不仅可以使用户匿名浏览互联网上的任何一个网站，保护用户的身份，还可以支持多媒体。
<P>李健∶“我长期被网站屏蔽的事苦恼，因为我要发帖、上传资料什么的，都很困难。”
<P>这是中国大连的维权人士，《公民维权网》的主持人李健。苦恼的李健现在可以松一口气了，因为最近刚推出的突破中国网络封锁的新工具也许可以解决李健上帖的困难。设在美国亚特兰大的网络技术公司汉帝（HeartyIT）以及另一家美国公司世界通软件公司推出的“火凤凰安全网络”和“世界通软件”与以前的类似软件相比，技术提高了一大步。
<P>汉帝公司的网站在介绍火凤凰安全网络时说：“我们的产品决非一个简单的代理服务系统！”那么，这又是一个什么样的系统呢？“火鸟”是该公司负责开发这个软件的工程师。在他本人的要求下，记者只使用他的网名。他介绍了火凤凰和其他类似软件相比最大的优势。
<P>火鸟：“你知道在那个网路的应用层，它分成很多层，一般的软件他是工作在比较上层的，所以他受到很多限制；而火凤凰的话，他是工作在很底层，就是和硬件很接近，所以他能够实现其他很多软件所很难达到的功能。”
<P>火鸟说，用更加通俗的语言来说，火凤凰安全网络就相当于给中国国内的用户插上了一个国外的网卡。这个用户在中国境内所有的互联网活动，包括浏览网页、送电子邮件、即时通讯，甚至打游戏，别人看到的都是国外的IP地址，这样使用者的身份得到有效保护，而且他可以自由地上任何网站。
<P>汉帝的网站说，火凤凰采用行业最高加密等级处理信息，核心数据加密算法被各政府、军事、金融行业广泛使用，而非很多相似产品极其简单的加密变换。他们的网站还说，这就使得破解他们的加密技术成为不可能。“火鸟”介绍了为什么不可能。
<P>火鸟∶“因为在我们这里的话，每段加密信息都是变换的，它的加密方式都是变换的。那么这一段你破解它需要50年，下一段你又需要50年。所以从这个角度看的话，破解就没有任何意义。”
<P>由于火凤凰软件今年六月份才刚刚推出，目前还不成熟，中国国内用户在使用时会出现一些问题。
<P>“火鸟”接着说：“中国大陆的网路结构比较复杂，他又有很多的ISP，不同的ISP，它的网路构造都是不太一样的。那么为了适应这种比较复杂的网路环境，我们再增加一些新的配置。”
<P>说得具体一点，目前用户的问题是常常不容易上到火凤凰安全网络，但是一旦上去以后，运转就会很正常。“火鸟”估计，他们大概需要两到三个月时间，争取使85％的用户能够顺利使用火凤凰。
<P>世界通软件公司开发的世界通软件和火凤凰的功能很相似，但是使用的是不同的技术。目前中国网民突破网络封锁使用得比较多的工具之一是动态网。该网总裁比尔夏对火凤凰赞赏有加。他说，到目前为止，中国大概有一百万网民通过使用各种技术争取网络自由。
<P>比尔夏∶“像以前有过一些事情，网民一下子很多人就接到一个维权事件，这样的话通过这一百万人，然后这一百万人再传播的广向一些。比较大的事情，在国内的话，就是比较快能够传播，能够达到一定的规模。这样，政府做了一些宣传的话，大家看了都觉得是很好笑的事情。”
