<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>越南胡志明市热带病研究院生物分子研究室主任高保云博士表示，H5N1禽流感病毒已发生变异，使其毒性更高。</P>
<P>高保云表示，从2004年3月至2005年3月，胡志明市热带病研究院对24个禽流感病毒样本进行了解码，其中完全破解了16个取自家禽、水禽和５个取自人体的病毒样本。结果表明，这些致病病毒仍然属于自2004年以来的H5N1型病毒。</P>
<P>然而，2005年初取自人体、家禽及水禽上的H5N1型禽流感病毒已经发生严重变异，特别是HA、HN型基因外表抗原以及其他PB2、NS等抗原。</P>
<P>PB2基因出现变异有可能使病毒在哺乳动物细胞中进行有效繁殖和更具毒性。这表明，禽流感病毒正在通过各种变异来适应新的宿主和增加毒性，这就增加了H5N1型禽流感病毒在人际间传播的可能性。</P>
<P>自2003年底首次爆发大规模禽流感疫情以来，越南已有92人感染禽流感病毒，其中42人死亡。</P>
