<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>美国、日本和越南研究人员说，在一名越南患者身上的H5N1型禽流感病毒毒株已具有抗药性。</P>
<P>他们发现一些毒株对目前最有效的流感药物特敏福(Tamiflu)已具有抗药性。科学家警告说，禽流感病毒的变异速度大大超出人们的想象，各国绝不能单纯依赖特敏福。</P>
<P>特敏福是瑞士罗氏制药公司生产的口服流感药，由于它基于一种较新颖的抗感染机理，一般认为禽流感病毒不会很快产生抗药性。再加上这种药服用简便，因此特敏福成为世界多数国家重点储备的药物。为了预防禽流感可能引发的世界性流感疫情，仅美国就计划花费十多亿美元储备8100万剂的特敏福。</P>
<P>但是美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校教授、著名病毒学专家河冈义裕等人发现，一个年轻的越南患者在服用预防性剂量的特敏福之后，体内的H5N1型禽流感病毒变异出抗药性的毒株。研究人员将在下周出版的《自然》杂志上报告这一发现。</P>
<P>他们在论文中说，这名越南患者原本并无流感症状，但一直照料其患禽流感的兄弟，她为预防起见服用了三天特敏福，但预防失败了。研究人员发现，在她身上获得的样本中，H5N1型禽流感病毒已发生多种变异，形成了一个混合多种毒株的病毒群落，其中至少有一种毒株使特敏福完全无效。<BR></P></font></td>
