<P>中国“山西省科技专家协会”秘书长贾甲，22日晚随团抵达台湾后即脱队，后现身时提出要寻求政治庇护。贾甲在纽西兰的儿子贾阔25日透过越洋电话表示，他的父亲到台湾最主要的目的是要和共产党决裂，筹画成立新民主政府。贾阔并表示他手里持数百有意愿脱离中共（退党、团、队）的人士名单。</P>
<P><STRONG>陆委会表示知道贾甲申请庇护</STRONG></P>
<P>记者25日晚上六点前致电陆委会，陆委会表示知道贾甲申请庇护，正协同相关单位处理中。中国“山西省科技专家协会”则是过了下班时间联络不上。另一方面有媒体报导指出，警方已经确定贾甲脱团离开，违反了大陆人士来台的相关规定，将在周四迳行遣返。</P>
<P>24日之前贾甲给儿子贾阔打过3、4次电话。贾阔接受本报专访时表示，所说的都是代表父亲贾甲的意愿。贾阔说，我们要实现中国的政治民主，而且我们要成立新的民主政府，要宣扬、实现中国的民主、自由，这都是我父亲的政治理念。</P>
<P>贾阔透露贾甲从中国带了很多文件出来，还有一些历史资料，因为担心回国后的安全，所以把文件全部给扔掉了，但是贾阔手上仍有该文件的复制本。“这些文件都是很重要的”。</P>
<P>贾阔表示，他已经和退党服务中心联系，提供退党人员的名单。记者致电全球退党服务中心高大维先生，他表示，退党服务中心正在审查贾甲的儿子提供的退党名单。高大维说：“退党服务中心在正式帮助这些名单中的大陆人士退党之前，必须确定名单上的本人确实自愿退出中国共産党，同时，我们还要考虑要求退党者的安全。”</P>
<P><STRONG>想成立“中华民主联邦共和国”</STRONG></P>
<P>贾阔称，他的爷爷，即贾甲的父亲是国民党员，在贾甲小的时候，家里就受过很多共产党的迫害，包括现在的亲戚，也都有很多以前被迫害的残忍事迹。</P>
<P>贾甲25日下午在给贾阔的电话中说，我们既然有这样的机会实现民主，来做我们想要做的是非常荣幸的事情。贾甲还说，他想成立一个“中华民主联邦共和国”的民主政府，要宣扬在中国无法实行的政治主张。</P>
<P>贾阔说，如果他父亲说了这些话以后，台湾政府再把他遣送回去，他就是一个政治犯，在中国国内政治犯是很严重的问题，所以说如果现在把他遣送回去，那就相当于放弃了他，可以说是放弃了我们的民主，因为我们过就是为了争取民主自由，如果这样的要求、意愿，都不能够实现，我觉得真是太悲哀了。</P>
<P>贾甲如果被遣送回中国的话是否会有危险？贾阔认为，很明确的贾甲会是一个政治犯，中共肯定会迫害他，他的生命也会受到威胁，在中国境内什么样的都有，只要回去没有你想不到的事情。</P>
<P>如果能够和台湾当局对话，贾阔说他想说的是“保护民主人士”，如果台湾当局轻易的把贾甲遣送回国，无疑是抹煞了中国的民主，所以希望台湾当局能够慎重考虑贾甲的情况，给他政治庇护的资格。因为现在这样的情况下，能够站出来宣扬自己的民主理念，去实现自由民主是一个非常了不起的事情，中国13亿人人人都渴望民主，但是谁能够站出来呢？ </P>
<P>假若父亲真被遣送回中国。作为贾甲的儿子，贾阔说，他同样也是热爱民主的人，希望得到民主人士的支持、声援，无论如何都会坚持实现我父亲的理念，“民主是靠争取而来，如果我们每个人都不争取 民主永远不会属于我们，只有我们每个人都去争取，民主才属于我们”。</P>
<P><STRONG>贾甲个人资料</STRONG></P>
<P>根据中国“山西省科技专家协会”上面的介绍，贾甲，1951年7月生，天津人，大学学历，教授，1969年从天津插队到山西芮城，1983年北京商学院，商业部干部管理学院学习。1986年开始做自由学者和兼职教授，推销专家服务。为各大学、政府机关、大中型企业进行专题讲学和决策咨询。<BR> <BR>1996年组建山西阁奥德专家服务有限公司任董事长。1999年当选山西省科技专家协会秘书长兼任山西省人民政府专家报告团负责人。</P> </font></td>
