<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>中共建国前夕，毛泽东在西柏坡搞出了一个 “猫吃辣子”的智力测验，一道小题，难倒了当时中共顶层的全部人物。时至今日，还没有一个人敢说自己也能想出毛泽东那么“高妙”的答案。</P>
<P>那时以毛泽东为首的中共最高领导人已经把指挥中心秘密迁至河北省平山县西柏坡。一次吃饭的闲暇，大家边吃边聊，毛泽东正吃着他最喜欢吃的辣酱，一只猫走过来，喵喵地冲着他叫了两声。毛突发其想，问大家：“你们说说，怎么让猫吃辣子？”</P>
<P>刘少奇说：“猫可不吃辣的，再说你那个辣子也太辣了。”</P>
<P>毛泽东说：“我知道，怎么才能让他吃？”</P>
<P>任弼时说：“那我只能硬塞硬喂喽。”</P>
<P>朱德说：“那咬你怎么办哪？”</P>
<P>周恩来说：“那我就饿着它，看它吃不吃。”</P>
<P>刘少奇说：“辣子也不解饿，猫最多是闻一闻。”</P>
<P>周恩来说：“那咱就没办法了，”他转问毛：“你有什么高招？”</P>
<P>毛泽东说：“我把辣子抹在它的屁股和肛门上，辣得它只能自己一点一点地舔，这不就乖乖地自己吃辣子了嘛，不吃也得吃！”</P>
<P>大家听后都苦笑了，面对如此“高超”的手腕，周恩来等人只有自愧不如。是啊，给猫这么抹上辣子，不辣得它直蹦才怪呢！好在猫的身子柔韧有余，可以自己去舔，舔得满嘴辣酱，还不得不舔，不会吐也不敢咽，怎么都弄不净……恐怕得难受到主人发善心了为止。主人高兴了，给猫擦干净了，猫得喵喵地鸣谢主人的恩德；主人不太高兴，只给猫擦一点，猫还得讨好主人，哀求着再给个恩典吧！</P>
<P>这个典故生动地展现了毛泽东的政治手段，也成了中共的法宝――在中国历次政治运动中，惟妙惟肖地变奏了出来。</P>
<P>反右运动，“右派”们都得承认自己是“右派”，主动认罪，谁不得主动舔这个“辣子”？还得感谢党这样整你――挽救你哪，党是正确的！给你平反了，你得感激党，是党“给你擦掉了一腚的辣酱”，你能不歌颂党嘛，党永远正确嘛。</P>
<P>上山下乡运动，全国年轻人踊跃地“主动被发配到穷乡僻壤”，高唱着“毛主席，教导我们说：知识青年到农村去！……接受贫下中农再教育”主动给自己“抹上辣子”，主动地舔上几年、十几年、几十年的辣子，还高歌党的路线哪，为了党“献了青春献自身，献了一生献子孙”，苦等党的开恩，给自己下政策“擦掉辣酱”呢。</P>
<P>这不仅仅是毛泽东的个人手腕，这是中共一贯的“路线”。</P>
<P>89年“六四”屠杀学生后，全国铺开政治学习中，爱国学生们谁敢不认错认罪，感激党的及时挽救……99年又出了镇压法轮功。从中共的媒体可以看出，要把那些法轮功洗脑洗成白痴――主动舔辣子吧！那些被洗脑洗傻了的人：真的高唱抓捕、判刑是对他（她）们的挽救，完全无视身边中共对法轮功的刑讯折磨，好像整死了2千多有名可查的法轮功的中共反而有理，死者活该！边舔辣子边喵喵地唱颂歌，甘心为党涂脂抹粉，好为自己减刑啊――提前擦掉辣子啊！</P>
<P>中国人民就这样被玩弄着，被扭曲着人性。</P>
<P>中共领导人是５年一届，连任２届，所以领袖是“十年一换届，十年一运动，群众斗群众，高层把权争”。党魁挑起运动，利用政治运动来夺权。老百姓就这样一轮一轮地担当着牺牲品，不断地舔着中共赏赐的辣酱。没有尽头，只要中共存在，人民的奴役和牺牲，就没有尽头。下一轮，轮到谁来舔辣子呢？<BR></P></font></td>
