<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>一直以来，中共都在非法侵占着国家财政，用财政的钱作为自己的经费开支，中共什么部门都有，如臭名昭著的组织部、宣传部、统战部等，可是就是没有自己的“财务部”，为什么呢？就是中共一直都是寄生在国家财政上，吸中国人民的血，吸中国人的膏脂。</P>
<P>中共，实质上是一个犯罪集团，是一个流氓黑帮集团加邪教。退一万步来说，就算它是一个政党，它也只不过是一个政党，它并不是国家机构，它不是人民选举出来的，不是人民授权来管理社会和治理国家的，也就是说它不是人民的雇员，那它有什么资格拿国家财政的钱来做该党自己的活动经费？</P>
<P>有人讲了：它是执政党啊。姑且不说它这个所谓的执政党是自己封的，是不被人民承认的，它也是不敢面对人民的公意投票的。就算它是执政党，它也没有资格拿财政的钱作自己的活动经费啊。世界上几乎所有国家都有执政党，可是没有几个执政党是拿国家财政的钱作为自己的活动经费的，在绝大多数国家，执政党的党产与国家财政是决然分开的。</P>
<P>中共也知道自己这么做是不够光明正大的，所以它从来不敢公开这一点，不敢公开说自己的经费是从财政直接支出的。这么几十年来，中国人以至全世界的人都不太清楚这个邪恶的党是靠什么维持的，好象它是喝西北风似的。也没有人知道中共的党产是多少，也没有人知道党员所交的党费都到哪里去了。中共的账目从来没有向人们公开过。</P>
<P>这个邪恶的党本身不从事经营，没有自己独立的财产账目，更没有在国家任何部门登记注册，所以这个党本身其实是一个地地道道的“非法组织”！</P>
<P>当年，这个穷凶极恶的党在抹黑法轮功的时候说法轮功从来没有在国家政府哪一个部门登记过（当然这不是事实），可是这个恶党恰恰忘记了自己才是没有在任何一个政府部门登记过的，是地地道道的非法组织！</P>
<P>在财政上，这个恶党更是地地道道的非法组织。现在你去查中共的财务，保证你查不出中共的财产有多少，每年每月的盈亏状况如何。它没有自己的财产，也没有自己的经营活动。但是，它把整个国家经济命脉都控制在手中，它占有着整个国家财政供自己挥霍。没有人能查它的财务，没有人能查它的开支情况，它愿意怎么花就怎么花，它的权力远远超过任何一个公司的董事会，远远超过任何一个国家的国会和政府，远远超过历史上任何一个君王！</P>
<P>它是典型的寄生虫，典型的附体！它是附着在中国人民身上的吸血虫，但它反过来又在吸干着中国人的血液，使中国积贫积弱。</P>
<P>从人类历史上的任何一部法规中，从世界各国的法规中，中共都找不出它这样侵吞国家财政作为自己活动经费的法律依据。就是从中共自己在中国制定的所谓“宪法和法律”中，也找不出任何一条这样的法律依据。</P>
<P>中共欠下中国人这么多的人命不说，就说它欠下中国人民这么多钱，它是无论如何也还不清了！中共历史上不明不白的、没有任何法律依据的拿走了人民财政那么多钱，试问现在它怎么还的起？</P>
<P>过去中国人都不敢想这个问题，但现在，被中共有意引导着“一切向钱看”的中国人已经开始关注中国的财政支出问题了。原来中共还欠中国人这么多钱！</P>
<P>中国人不是都想要致富吗？那就马上甩掉中共这条大吸血虫吧。</P>
