<P>据媒体报导，美国纽约州州议员麦克尔．本杰明(Michael Benjamin)18日收到来自中领馆的诬蔑信件，信中采用中共一贯的手法诬蔑和攻击法轮功，并且以“中美关系”相威胁，胁迫州议员不要以任何方式“支持”圣诞晚会和新年晚会。本杰明议员将此信公开。读罢网上公布的传真件，感觉中共又在打着中国领事馆的旗号从事反华活动了。 </P>
<P>今年8月18日，中共发文给新唐人系列大赛捣乱的时候，我曾总结过中共每次捣乱的五大特点。第一是必然性，即无论新唐人做什么，中共必然捣乱。这次的传真件验证了这一观点。另外，我还谈到另外四个特点是“滞后性、匿名性、谩骂性和给中共自己帮倒忙。”
<P>中共领馆的传真一一印证了当时总结的五大特点。最可笑的是“给中共自己帮倒忙”，议员的太太肯尼迪．本杰明(Kennedy Benjamin)表示，本来她因为时间关系只能参加周五的招待会，但因为这封诬蔑信，“我一定要抽时间来看演出了！”。
<P>最不可思议的验证则是“匿名性”。按道理说，堂堂一国领馆写给议员的公函至少要署上总领事、哪怕是秘书的名字，并签名以示有人对信中内容负责。网上传真显示，不但无人签名，且只落款“纽约总领馆”。我猜想，起草人也知道这是在造谣诽谤，害怕被法轮功起诉，并将此传真做为呈堂证供吧。故此，索性落款中领馆，把责任推给法人代表——总领事了事。
<P>领馆关于法轮功和神韵演出的谣言都是些早被驳斥得体无完肤的谣言，兹不赘述，这里仅仅想指出，神韵艺术团演出的圣诞晚会与新年晚会，大大提高了华人的国际地位，改善了华人在世界各国政要心目中的形象。中共对神韵演出的诋毁（且连名字都不敢署），才是在抹黑华人的形象；中共对神韵所引领的中华文化全面复兴的阻止，才是真正的反华活动。
<P>以巴尔的摩圣诞演出演出为例，负责主办的华盛顿DC法轮大法学会与神韵艺术团一起受到了超过十项褒奖，马里兰州的所有联邦参议员都分别发来贺信，此外国会众议员，州长、市长、州议会、市议会以及郡一级都有贺信及褒奖。马里兰州州长、副州长和州务卿在州长褒奖令中说“你们所表现的高尚品德和能力，赢得了我们极大的信任和尊重。”巴尔的摩市市长西拉·迪克逊（Sheila Dixon)把神韵演出当日指定为巴尔的摩“圣诞奇观日”，并鼓励所有市民共同庆祝。
<P>经中共摧残至奄奄一息的中华文化，在神韵艺术团的手中复兴并发扬光大，扬名异域，再现了我们汉唐盛世时的文化魅力。
<P>相反中共却因其反人类罪行、贪污腐败、践踏人权、毁坏环境生态、出口有毒食品等，在国际社会声名狼藉。许多分不清中共和中国的外国人甚至因此看不起中国人。是神韵艺术团的节目展示了中国人的道德、勇气、尊严以及高超的艺术成就，改变了中共强加给我们的懦弱、猥琐、自私、傲慢、粗鲁、乃至为自己赚钱而不顾他人死活的形象。
<P>神韵对中国人道德感的唤醒，对正统文化的复兴，无疑会清除中共赖以生存的“党文化”环境，带给中国人自由、人权和尊严，这才是中共诋毁神韵的原因，也是中共反华的又一次表演。</P></font></td>
