<P>无论从哪个角度看，中国都处在一个历史的转折点。一个最重要的转折，是人心的转变，是中国人民从中共的精神和暴力奴役中解放出来，抛弃独裁专制，走向自由。如何平稳的过渡到没有共产党的新中国，已经是摆在中国人民面前的重大课题。</P>
<P>自中共建政后，中国社会遭受了前所未有的灾难。在50多年中，高达8000万中国人非正常死于中共暴政之下，几亿中国人受过中共直接迫害。中华民族的文化、精神、心灵、道德、经济、教育等方方面面受到中共的摧残。所有的党员、干部和普通中国百姓被中共绑架。在绝对服从党性要求和党文化的洗脑下，各级官员、党员和百姓被压迫成为恶党的奴隶。</P>
<P>时至今日，中共已经彻底烂透。官场贪污腐败、沉沦堕落、杀人放火、搞黑帮，屡见不鲜。社会道德一泻千里，危机四伏。中共靠出卖国有资产和民族的长远利益骗取“外资”，营造虚假繁荣，四处行骗。民间冤怨遍地，毫无公正可言，社会矛盾一触即发。2004年，民间抗争事件高达七万多起。中共对亿万追求“真、善、忍”信仰的法轮功修炼者的六年残酷迫害，更是罪恶滔天，罪不容恕。中共党员早已对共产主义失去信心，纷纷捞钱准备后路，国内资本大量外流。</P>
<P>没有任何人，没有任何办法能够解决中国目前的种种危机，除非中共解体。</P>
<P>2004年，《九评共产党》系列社论的发表，把中共的欺骗、流氓、邪恶本质及其暴政史作了深刻的剖析和曝光，开启了一场中国社会前所未有的精神觉醒运动，在人间为中共敲响了丧钟。</P>
<P>最近半年来，每月在大纪元退党网站发表声明退出中共（党、团、队组织）的人数超过60万人，目前总数已达500万。不管中共承认与否，一个无可辩驳的事实是：中共正在迅速的无可逆转的走向解体，一个崭新的时代正在到来。</P>
<P>在人类历史上，从来没有如此多的民众敢对一个最残暴恶毒的专制政权如此大声说“不”。退党民众的勇气、理性和智慧，为中国历史写下了辉煌的一笔。</P>
<P>中共灭亡是民心向背、历史发展的必然，也是天意。作为体制内清醒人士，包括那些已通过各种方式发表退党声明的官员，无疑早已看到了中共垮台的历史大势。然而，他们中的一些人担心中国从此陷入混乱，向我们提出这样的问题：中共垮了，中国怎么办？</P>
<P>在中国几千年的历史中，中共仅仅统治了几十年。在没有中共的年代里，中华民族有过光辉灿烂的文化和历史。在全世界许许多多的发达国家也没有共产党。相反，共产党统治的国家都是经济落后，人权没有保障的地方。无所不在中共党组织不但消耗着大量的国家资源，而且严重限制、扼杀着民众发展经济的才智与能力。可以说，中国半个世纪来的落后，完全是中共统治的结果。中共解体，就相当于一个在中国土地的流氓、一个毒瘤被清除，只会使中国社会变得更健康。中华民族是勤劳和有智慧的民族。我们相信，随着中共的解体，不存在中国能不能走向繁荣的问题，只有如何使过渡过程更顺利平稳的问题。</P>
<P>中共体制内良心尚存的各级干部，应该清醒的认识到，没有中共的束缚，你们更能发挥各自的能力，更能真正为国家和民族作出贡献。在中共走向解体的这段时间，充分利用你们各自的工作环境和条件，让更多人了解九评，退党退团，不再与中共为伍，不再做恶党的殉葬品；利用你们的能力和影响、智慧和经验，做好各种必要的因应准备，使国家和人民在过渡时期的损失尽可能减少。如果你们已经有好的想法，欢迎用安全的方式告诉我们或与广大关心国家命运的志士分享和切磋。我们可以代为发表并作证。</P>
<P>对于军队的领导人，应该在中共解体时，抵制恶党命令，拒绝成为恶党绑架人民的工具。</P>
<P>我们面临的是一场中国历史上最伟大的社会变革。中共体制内清醒的各级干部，你们具备最有利的条件为这次变革作出重大贡献。没有了共产党，中国人民将拥有真正的自由、尊严、幸福和安宁。中共体制内的清醒人士，共同行动起来，担负起历史重任，作出你们的伟大贡献吧！你们的历史功绩，将为中国和世界铭记。</P>
