<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">今年是中共寄予厚望的一年，即将到来的奥运被视为展示其所谓“大国崛起的”形象，显示和强化其独裁统治合法性的一次百年难遇的良机。但没想到的是，老天不赏脸，偏跟它过不去，从年初的雪灾，到三月的藏民抗暴，再到其后奥运火炬传递在西方处处遭受抵制，奥运宣传车在山东出轨，直至不久前的汶川大地震，中共今年可谓灾祸连连，倒霉透了。
<P>按说这次汶川大地震，无论是在经济上还是政治上，对中共都是一次罕见的重创。不过“再大的困难也难不倒英雄的中国共产党人”，因为“党”手里握着对付天灾的一项独门秘诀，那就是只要来了天灾，立马发动所有的宣传工具，开足马力一起上阵，把丧事当作喜事办，借抗灾救灾为自己涂脂抹粉，把天灾带来的损失和危机转化成新的政治资本。经过几十年的反覆操练，这一套已被中共玩的越来越溜，近乎炉火纯青。这不，汶川大地震后不久，中共又用上了这一手。
<P>据知情者报料，地震后第二天，中共中央宣传部长就给中共四川省委宣传部长打电话，定下了这次抗震救灾宣传的总调子。在电话中，他“要求广大新闻工作者要增强政治意识、大局意识、责任意识，以对党和人民高度负责的精神，牢牢把握正确舆论导向，坚持团结稳定鼓劲、正面宣传为主，大力宣传各级党委政府对抗震救灾工作的高度重视和及时有力的决策部署，大力宣传灾区广大干部群众奋力抗震救灾的实在举措和感人事迹，大力宣传人民解放军指战员、武警官兵、公安干警冲锋在前、不怕牺牲的英勇行为，大力宣传各地采取有效措施支持灾区的实际行动，充分展示‘一方有难、八方支援’的社会主义制度优越性，唱响团结一致、众志成城、不畏艰辛、奋力拚搏的主旋律，努力为抗震救灾工作提供强大的精神动力、舆论支持和思想保证。”
<P>指令一下，整部宣传机器马上全速开动了起来。
<P>近二十多天来，打开电视广播，翻开报纸杂志，处处都是当局的“英明领导”，官方的“全力以赴”，以及种种符合主旋律的“温馨感人”的故事。
<P>按说，作为读者观众听众，除了灾情，灾后我们最关心也最希望看到的是灾民的疾苦，媒体对救灾应有的监督，特别是百姓对这次地震的问责和政府的反躬自省，比如：为什么地震前中共知情不报？为什么事后又竭力掩盖瞒报的真相？为什么地震中有那么多的学校倒塌，有那么多的学生遇难？这其中有多少是豆腐渣工程造成的？政府应负何种责任？等等。但恰恰是这些大家最关心也最希望看到的信息在官方媒体上却很少看到，甚至根本看不到。
<P>更可笑的是，中国政府自称这次地震是对自己的一次大考，既然如此，那么考生的成绩当然得由作为考官的民众来评定了。可考试才开始，中共就迫不及待的操纵自己的舆论工具自己给自己亮起分来了，不用说，那都是高的不能再高的分数。
<P>什么“这场中国建国以来破坏性最大、波及范围最广的地震灾害，也是对中国政府和人民的一次大考。但面对灾难，中国政府无疑递交了一份令人满意的答卷。”
<P> 什么“中国执政者以人为本、身体力行，不仅成为灾难中国巨大的向心力和凝聚力，也受到国外舆论的一致好评。”
<P>什么“气壮山河的生命大救援，迸发出世所罕见的中国速度、中国力量、中国精神，将这段日日夜夜标注成共和国历史进程中的一个新起点。”
<P> 什么“‘万众一心，众志成城，迎难而上，百折不挠’。在以人为本的时代旗帜下，正在迎来改革开放30周年的中国，渴望实现奥运百年梦想的中国，在这场突如其来的“大考”面前，以一种特殊的方式呈现自己。
<P>什么“20个日日夜夜，一个个急促的时间刻度，清晰地记录下一个政党一个政府对生命的尊重、对人民的责任。”

<P>如此“英明伟大”、“爱民如子”的党，民众当然要被感动的声泪涕下了，当然要跪地谢恩了！
<P>就这样，在铺天盖地般的歌功颂德中，在排山倒海般的煽情宣传中，人们的注意力被不知不觉的分散和转移了，人们的神经也渐渐麻木了，忘记了灾难的惨痛教训，忘记了追究政府的责任，死去的很快被遗忘，旁观的很快被蒙蔽。
<P>中共真不愧是天字第一号的“王婆党”！正如一位朋友所总结的那样，“在共产党的统治下，有多大的难，就能做多大的秀。”</P></font></td>
