<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">(自由亚洲电台特约记者乔龙报导)贵州瓮安女中学生死亡事件，当局星期三公布第3次尸检报告，确认李淑芬是溺水死亡。另外，被当局扣查审讯十多个小时的民间瓮安真相调查组成员，虽然获释，但当局威胁，如果他们对外发表消息将会坐牢，当局的行为耐人寻味。
<P></P>触发贵州瓮安万民骚乱的女中学生死亡事件，星期三上午，由贵州省公安厅主任法医师屈剑平公布第3次尸检专家组的鉴定结论，再次确认李淑芬系溺水死亡。这一消息引起大陆网民纷纷回应，认为专家解释不清，无法证明女中学生怎样突然掉进河里。
<P>就在专家组公布这条消息的前一天，贵阳市公安局国保总队将三名到瓮安进行民间调查的贵州社会活动人士陈西、廖双元和吴玉琴，以所谓“犯罪嫌疑人”对他们进行审讯，并警告他们，将事件张扬出去，他们会被判刑。廖双元告诉本台，他的楼下已有一至两名便衣驻守，防止外人接触他们。廖双元星期三对本台记者描述他们一行三人被公安扣留的情况。“11点多（晚上）公安局才放我们，他们叫我们把在瓮安的一些情况，到了什么地方，见了什么人，为什么去摄像或者干了什么事，把我们作为犯罪嫌疑人来审讯，要求我们不准把真相告诉出去”。
<P>廖双元表示，公安非常关注他们到瓮安之后，到底掌握了哪些情况，当公安找到他们后先抢走他们的照相机和录音机。“他们分开审讯，每个房间有四、五个人（公安），穷凶极恶的，把两个相机夺走了，还有个录音机，并威胁我们，‘你们把消息传出去，没有好日子过，我们随时抓捕、判刑’”。
<P>对于李树芬的第3次鉴定结果，官方新华网星期三报导，法医专家组组长屈剑平说，经过对遗体体表、胸腔等全面细致的检验及大量生化、理化检验，专家组排除了暴力致死、毒物中毒致死及性侵害的可能，为典型的溺死尸体征象。
<P>至于官方有事实依据李树芬是“溺水死亡”，却为何要阻止民间真调组调查事件呢？刚从瓮安归来的廖双元表示，瓮安百姓都认为，群众的眼睛是雪亮的盖子是压不住的，真相迟早会被揭开。“瓮安老百姓都这样说，真相迟早要被捅出去的，盖子是压不住的，迟早也会被揭开的，群众的眼睛是雪亮的，总有一天让这件事曝光于全世界”。
<P>对于尸检结果，真调组成员申有年表示，他已经估计到官方不会改变鉴定结果。他说“这是不会改变的，这点大家都估计得到。因为我们要了解一个真实的628（事件），现在去（瓮安）以后，他们（公安）显得很紧张，表明628（事件）有真相被掩盖起来的”。
<P>在628 骚乱后，贵州省委书记石宗源指出，628事件被少数别有用心的人员煽动利用，甚至是黑恶势力人员直接插手参与，但日前被免职的瓮安公安局长向中国新闻周刊记者承认，本地公安认识黑帮的人，尤其是黑帮的老大。虽然没有查清楚到底哪个人被腐蚀，但可以肯定，公安内部的人和黑帮之间，是有纠结的。此言印证了早前瓮安一居民对本台所说的，瓮安的黑社会势力很大。
<P>对于互联网论坛出现的官方对628骚乱的回应，新闻周刊报导指出，这些帖子大部份出自瓮安“6·28”事件应急指挥部的“政策舆论法规宣传组”，宣传组的主要任务是组织人员上网跟帖，“以贵州的媒体影响全国的舆论”。对此，贵州社会活动人士曾宁表示，如果贵州媒体报导的是真相，为什么要阻止其他媒体去报导。“如果说，官方报导的是事实，那么官方有什么必要不让其他的新闻媒体或民间人士调查，只能有一个合乎逻辑的解释，就是政府是想掩盖什么”。
