<P>曾因发表“中国法轮功学被活体摘取器官的调查报告”而震惊了世界的加拿大前议员大卫．乔高和国际人权律师大卫．麦塔斯收到“国际大赦组织”韩国第49组代表吴世烈的邀请于本月17、18日到韩国进行访问，在韩国国会进行演讲，并举行了新闻发布会。</P>
<P>他们的到访在韩国社会引起巨大反响。韩国执政党及在野党多位政要纷纷遣责中共的暴行是“令天人共怒的行径”，并提出将会申请调查中共活摘器官罪行的意向。 </P>

<P><STRONG>韩朝野共遣中共恶行</STRONG> <BR> <BR>韩国国会“法治司法委员会”委员长、韩国最大在野党大国家党议员安商守表示，他将深切关注此事，就赴中国接受器官移植问题他将向保健福祉部提出进行调查的请求，并以此为基础，委托韩国法务部对此进行正式调查。如果证据充分，他将进一步促进对此进行立法。 <BR> <BR>韩国执政党开放我们党议员辛鹤用在18日于韩国国会“宪政纪念馆”举行的“中国法轮功学员被活体摘取器官的调查报告”发布会上，亲自到会并致祝词。他说， 必须立即阻止发生在中国境内的摘取法轮功学员活体器官的暴行，希望通过这次活动能使国民们正确了解中国境内人权遭受侵犯的严重性。辛鹤用在听取了发言后说：“这是一次能生动了解中国法轮功学员所遭受的人权侵害状况的好机会”。 </P>

<P>现为联合国非政府机构（ NGO ）和平大使、曾连任三届的前国会议员金浩一先生，他说：“对死者的尸体有不当行为都要受刑法处罚，那么为获取器官而危害还活着的人这更是令天人共怒的行径”，他誓言将为立即中止中国政府的暴行而尽最大的努力。 <BR> <BR>韩国国会“人权论坛”会长、最大在野党大国家党事务总长的黄佑吕国会议员称，“人权论坛”的下属议员们也将积极参与，他还请求再追加提供10本调查报告书。 </P>

<P>前内阁成员、前总统候选人李仁济议员说，他去年曾在国会观看过有关法轮功遭受迫害的画展，但还不知道摘取器官的事态是如此严重， 在听完大卫．乔高的讲解后他用英语说道“Terrible!”。他誓言今后将为中止这种蹂躏人权的行为尽一切努力，并对身为基督徒的大卫．麦塔斯和大卫．乔高能来韩国进行这样的人权活动深表敬意。 <BR> <BR>韩国 “国家人权委员会”事务总长郭鲁炫说，他曾在街头碰到过揭露摘取活体器官真相的法轮学员并为反迫害签了名，当时所见的照片非常客观真实，对他的冲击很大。他说他将持续关注这个问题并约定如果收到摘取活体器官的报告文件，他会把它登在国家人权委员会的网页上。 <BR> <BR>韩国执政党议员卢雄来、徐甲源也对此事表示了关注。 <BR> <BR>“国立脏器移植中心”韩国负责人对中国的摘售器官事态深表忧虑，并表示将在掌握事态真相后要将实情告知国民，他们同时请求乔高一行如有后续资料一定要发给他们。 <BR> <BR><STRONG>韩媒关注中共活摘器官</STRONG> <BR> <BR>由于韩国远征中国接受移植手术的人数众多，一直是韩媒关注的焦点之一，但器官究竟源自哪里，在韩国一直是个谜，而乔高之行揭露的这一谜底让韩国媒体震惊，纷纷给予报导。 </P>

<P>法律专家大卫．麦塔斯引用了一位天津消息灵通人士的话强调说，在中国接受器官移植者约85%是外国人，像韩国这样盛行出国接受器官移植的国家里应当立法防止他们（法轮功学员）无辜的牺牲。麦塔斯还说，在海外法律规定，接受器官移植时不仅要有捐赠者的同意书而且只有在与捐赠者或捐赠者家属能进行直接联系的情况下才允许进行移植手术。 <BR> <BR>乔高与麦塔斯的韩国之行也受到了韩媒的广泛关注，韩国主要通讯社联合新闻、 YTN TV、 MBC TV、韩国三大报之一的《中央日报》、《Up Korea》、《每日经济》等新闻媒体都对此次的报告会进行了报导。 <BR> <BR><STRONG>法轮功学员到会证实</STRONG> <BR> <BR>中国朝鲜族人金学哲，只因修炼法轮功而被判10年重刑，他的母亲权清子女士也出席了此次会议并作了发言。她说金学哲已作完血液检查，下一步将面临被摘取器官的危险，她最后呼吁人们帮助营救她的儿子。 </P>

<P>同时，于2003年在中国被捕后，在劳教所里遭受百般严刑拷问，后经韩国国民的营救，获释来韩的法轮功学员高成女女士作为证人出席了发布会，生动地描述了拷问过程，证实了调查报告内容的真实性。她说，曾经听警察告诉她们，如果不转化的话，就将会被送到大西北的一个集中营里，让她们活不见人，死不见尸。她说，当时听了，还不知警察具体指的是什么，现在回想起来，那不就是指活摘器官的死亡集中营吗？</P>
