<P>金然：杨帆，武侠小说你平时看不看？ </P>
<P>杨帆：我上中学的时候看了很多武侠小说，最后人物和情节全都混在一起了。 </P>
<P>金然：那你觉得哪种武功最厉害？能打遍天下无敌手？ </P>
<P>杨帆：你别看我人物和情节记不清了，可我也看出点门道儿来。我发现，武功好心眼儿不好的，得不了天下第一。这样的人最终会输在自己的怀心眼儿上。武功好心也好的人才能无敌手。 </P>
<P>金然：我今天给你介绍两种无敌的武功，好不好？ </P>
<P>杨帆：啊？我可不想成为武林中人，行走江湖啊。 </P>
<P>金然：这两种武功是用在网络世界的，我给它们起名叫做"无界手"与"动态脚"。 </P>

<P>杨帆："无界手"， "动态脚"，听上去象是很高深的功夫，该不是电子游戏上的功夫？ </P>
<P>金然：不是，它们其实自己叫“无界浏览”和“动态网”。是专门用来突破网络封锁的技术。 </P>
<P>杨帆：噢，可我上网从来都没有什么封锁，你教我的招儿，我没有用武之地啊。 </P>
<P>金然：那是因为你是在美国上网，如果你在中国大陆，象我们经常浏览的CNN啊，大纪元还有我们新唐人网站，都被人为的封锁了。推出“无界浏览”的极景网络公司总裁黄居朔先生就讲到了中国官方封锁互联网的历史。 </P>

<P>金然：我记得在我们的新闻中曾经提到过中国政府搞了一个“金盾工程”，你记不记得？ </P>
<P>杨帆：嗯，当时我听到的时候，以为是为了国家安全搞的什么安全项目。 </P>
<P>金然：准确的说，它就是阻挡民众信息流通，监视每一个大陆网民上网活动的封网工程。是花老百姓的钱来控制老百姓的眼睛和耳朵。 </P>
<P>杨帆：“金盾工程”这名字还行，可干的事儿不好。这是那种武功好心不好的。 </P>

<P>杨帆：没有想到为了封锁网络，中国政府会花了这么多钱。要是把这些钱用在“希望工程”上或是帮助下岗工人多好，还有那些得爱滋病的。 </P>
<P>金然：你没有想到的还多着呢，我们在采访动态网络技术公司总裁Bill Xia先生的时候，才知道，西方的一些大公司为了利益，为中国的封网工程提供了大量的技术和物质支持。其中很多是我们很熟悉的美国公司。 </P>

<P>杨帆：我虽然经常上网，可并不太清楚网络上的事，联网的电脑那么多，网络人员是怎么知道我到访哪个网站？还能即时封住我的去路呢？ </P>
<P>金然：我要给你讲，最后的结果是我们俩一起糊涂了。还是让专家来讲讲，夏先生曾谈到了两种中国政府封网的技术：一个叫“域名劫持”，一个叫“关键词过滤”。看看他能不能给你说清楚。 </P>

<P>杨帆：听起来满复杂的，8千多万人上网，它都能给封住，是靠了政府成千上万人的运作和大量的资金，反过来，要想突破网络封锁，恐怕太难了。 </P>
<P>金然：我本来也有同样的疑虑，不过在听了极景网络公司总裁黄先生的豪言壮语之后，让我觉得振奋，真是应了那句话--“邪不压正”。 </P>
