<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>11月2日是贾甲先生在香港合法逗留的最后一天，之后随时面临被遣返大陆、遭受中共残酷迫害的危险。</P>
<P>10月22日，中国“山西省科技专家协会”秘书长贾甲先生在随观光团访台期间脱队，在海外公开宣布与中共决裂，并呼吁所有中共官员退出中共。贾甲先生在台申请政治庇护未果，目前被迫滞留香港。<BR>贾甲先生作为中共体制内的高级官员，毅然抛弃优越的生活条件，公开表示脱离中共，表现了令人佩服的道德勇气。面对残暴的中共，贾甲先生的勇敢、坚决与大义凛然，体现了一个时代勇者的追求与风范，激励着中国大陆千千万万民众追求自由。</P>
<P>贾甲先生的义举，更为中国划时代的精神觉醒运动――1400万退党(团、队)大潮作了强有力的见证。</P>
<P>中共在中国半个世纪来的暴行，尤其是对千百万法轮功学员持续了七年多的残酷迫害，使得天怒人怨。和平解体中共，使中国人免除中共暴政的迫害，使人类免除共产专制的威胁，已经成为二十一世纪最大的历史课题。</P>
<P>在大纪元系列社论《九评共产党》发表之后，人们纷纷退出中共的党、团、队组织，摆脱中共的精神枷锁，走向道德的复苏。退党人士遍及中国社会的各区域、行业和阶层。这股迅猛发展的退党大潮，是中国社会巨变最强有力的信号，也是中国社会和平转型代价最小的方式。但出于对退党勇士的安全考虑，绝大多数退党以化名方式进行。与此同时，中共对中国民众的退党消息进行严密的封锁，对退党民众严加迫害。因此，外界尚无法清楚了解这场精神运动的状况与意义。</P>
<P>贾甲先生的出走与公开声明，撕裂了中共消息封锁的铁幕，让人们从一个侧面了解了中国社会正在进行的精神巨变，了解退党大潮的真实。他以山西现任高官的身份，在过去两年里一直追踪大纪元有关“九评”和“三退” 的消息，并清楚的知道身边大量下属官民不满中共、唾弃中共的真实情况。他以自己的亲身体会告诉外界，中国社会的广大民众从心里讨厌中共，并从行动上抛弃中共。1400万退党(团、队)的消息不但是真实的、可靠的，而且1400万远低于真实数字。</P>
<P>任何一次专制的解体都是以人心向背为基础的。中国社会的人心思变，反映了中共快速走向解体的历史大势。二十年前，前苏联、东欧共产专制解体之时，国际社会反应措手不及，因为他们没有充足的决策资讯。二十年后，因为中共的消息封锁和对国际社会的欺骗，人们同样没有意识到另一场巨变的来临。在这个意义上，国际社会应该感谢贾甲先生不顾个人生命危险把真实的资讯带到海外，告诉人们在中国社会发生的巨变，帮助人们作更好的决断与应对。</P>
<P>在我们钦佩、赞赏贾甲先生的勇气、感谢他的义举之时，我们更应关注他的人身安全与危急处境。在国际社会大力宣导民主、自由、人权价值的时候，我们绝无理由对贾先生这样追求自由而身处危险的时代勇者弃之不顾。毫无疑问，贾甲先生如果回国，他面临的将是牢狱、酷刑直至屠杀。中共对自己反对者的迫害向来都是残忍无情的。如果因为我们的怠慢而使贾先生将来有一天受到迫害，那么，那迫害首先拷打的是我们的良知，受迫害的是所有自由社会的国家与政府的形象。</P>
<P>从另一意义上，贾甲先生的勇敢抉择已经成为众多中共官员的示范。</P>
<P>贾先生今天走出的路，正是他们未来要走的路；贾先生今天所做的事，正是他们明天要做的事。因此，贾甲先生的人身安全，成为无数希望退出中共、脱离中共的官员关注的对象。如果贾甲先生能够安全脱险，必然激励更多的中共官员勇敢退出中共。诚如贾甲先生所言，如果人们都公开真名退出中共，中共就完了。因此，任何对贾先生的帮助，都将成为人们退出中共的助力，因而也成为帮助中国民众早日结束中共暴政、完成中国社会这场历史巨变的助力。</P>
<P>中国社会全面爆发退党潮的真相，本来应由国际媒体告诉世界，但是中共利诱国际媒体帮助中共封锁消息，现在有一位中共官员冒险将消息揭示出来，我们应该感谢他。同时，我们也应该帮助这位敢于公开控诉中共、讲真话的前中共官员。</P>
<P>在此，我们紧急呼吁自由社会的国家和政府，及时向贾甲先生伸出援手，使其免除遭受中共迫害的危险，为了世界的正义自由，也为了我们的道德良知。</P>
