<P>做村官的，一定要学会“白收起家”，“勤捞致富”；做乡官，县官的，一定要“任人唯钱”，“选霸干部”。 <BR>对于“得财兼倍”的同志，要给予提拔；对于“两袖勤俸”的同志要给予肯定。 <BR>各级人大的代表同志们，切不可乱谈民主，一定要“明主选举”。 </P>
<P>工商、城管和税务局的同志们，不能只做空谈，“人民万税”一定要理论联系实际。 </P>
<P>教育界同志，对考生一定要严格的“择油录取”，争取多一些“失望工程”。 </P>
<P>各级“正腐”的领导同志不仅要“任人唯闲”，还要“任人唯钱”。在“攻官小姐”们面前，要保持“领导本色”。在“酒精考验”下，更要深入一线，“检查宴收”，“大力支吃”，不要忘记“饮酒吃职”。 </P>
<P>我们的全体警察同志，一定要学会“秉贡执法”、“为民储害”、“私而厚己”，我国目前“繁荣娼盛”的大好局面一定要保持，参照江贼民泡小宋的先进事迹，深刻体会“三个呆婊”，“与时俱尽”的保持共产党人的“革命本色”。哪怕在亲力亲为的情况下做了“一代痿人”也要在所不惜。 </P>
<P>当然，对关押在牢里的非良心犯，只要“得财兼倍”，就准许“提钱释放”。 </P>
<P>前阶段，有人批评我们“人民政腐”的所为，不如一个好流氓。好流氓同志的先进事迹，我还没有得到相关材料。但既然有人说好流氓同志比我们目前的“人民政腐”要强，那么我们就要学习他。在这种情况下，我提倡在全国范围内，掀起向好流氓同志学习的高潮，做好“保鲜”工作，并号召全体糟共党员，紧密团结在以江贼民为黑心的党遭殃周围。共建“繁荣娼盛”的“喝血社会”。 </P>
