<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>投资人纷纷将金钱投入中国股票市场，而这股无所不在的热潮，显然已热过了头，甚至还进行投机交易，炒作亏损累累厂商的股票。
<P></P>就以胶州新安（音）科技公司为例，这家化学制造厂去年亏损二亿一千八百三十万元（二千八百四十万美元），但在过去三个月，股价莫名其妙涨了三倍之多。
<P>据媒体的报导说，股价上涨是因为谣言所引起，这些谣言指这家亏损累累的公司，正与另一家公司商讨借壳上市。
<P>尽管公司一再否认，不过股价还是节节攀升，反映出过热的中国股市如何不理会经济逻辑，最后必将造成经济大崩盘。
<P>数百家业绩不好的厂商，股价却涨翻天，主要是靠投机基金的炒作，而在已开发国家，这种股票则乏人问津，必定会下市。
<P>不过在中国，许许多多毫无经验的投资人，大举投入现金，不管这些公司的资产负债表是什么样子。上海证交所综合指数本周已首次突破四千点大关。
<P>巴黎银行一名分析师说：“这些散户投资人都是第一次进入股市，他们都避开已被投资机构炒高的股票，选择低价股票。”
<P>他们都投资像胶州新安科技公司这种全额交割股票：这类厂商因为连续两年不赚钱或被抓到作假帐，被主管机构列为下市边缘。
<P>这类股票约有一百三十家，从今年初以来，股价已上涨了百分之一百五十以上，而上海证交所综合指数同一时期只上涨百分之五十。
<P>新手都追逐低价股，希望有一天也会像胶州公司一样，因谣言而涨上天。一名交易员说：“许多新手对股市如何运作毫无概念，他们只是把钱源源不断投入股市。”
<P>专家对这股热潮无不忧心忡忡，他们呼吁北京政府采取行动，否则最后将面临严重的经济后果。标准渣打银行资深经济家葛林估计，中国股市的本益比已超过五十倍，而亚洲其他国家股市的本益比只有十四到十八倍。
<P>葛林说：“现在缓慢采取行动，危险性更大，上涨一年后才纠正将会更痛苦。”</P></font></td>
