<P>后来听说汝南人周获善占天文，于是鲍昱亲自去拜访周获，请教如何得雨。周获说：“赶快罢免了三部督邮（郡里设立的三个监督各县的官员）的话，就会有雨。”鲍昱听从了，解散了三部督邮，果然汝南就下起了大雨。
<P>当今中国，社会问题丛生，道德、治安、下岗、教育、拆迁……好象谁也解决不了，好象谁也没有办法。其实如果解体中共邪党的话，所有的问题都会消失，因为这些问题都是中共邪党造成的。
