<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">最近东北某地公安召开秘密会议，传达了中共打压法轮功的最新“精神”：一方面再度强调对法轮功问题要秘密处理，以降低社会影响；另一方面，禁止公安内部人员看明慧网和其他载有法轮功真相的网站。这次秘密会议的“精神”，说白了在传递这样一个信息：实际情况是，中共对法轮功的迫害越来越难维持了。
<P><B>掩盖遮不住真相</B>
<P>据消息来源称，该会议“精神”已经传达到各公安分局。消息来源称，这次秘密会议的传达的主要内容，其一是法轮功的社会影响面太大，对迫害曝光又及时，“给公安队伍的形象造成了很多负面影响”，所以对法轮功的问题以后要“秘密处理”，“不公开、不扩散”，尽量减少影响面；其二是“有的公安人员长期看法轮功网站，立场发生了问题，使镇压法轮功的问题越来越被动，所以公安内部人员以后不许看《明慧网》等法轮功网站。”
<P>明眼人一看便知，给公安队伍造成负面影响的不是真相的传播，而是公安系统对法轮功打压的本身。在四面楚歌、尽失人心的情况下，邪恶者选择的不是停止迫害，而是在掩盖下继续行恶。 难道“秘密处理、不公开、不扩散”就能达到铲除的目的、就能维系迫害、就能最终改变人心的向背吗？不能！俗话说，若要人不知，除非己莫为。真相是掩盖不了的，人们迟早都会了解发生了什么。活体摘取法轮功学员器官的曝光就是一例。
<P><B>封锁锁不了人心</B>
<P>中共几十年来用尽各种方式封锁来自自由世界的声音。在打压法轮功的过程中，其耗费的资源、使用的手段更加空前。为了维持迫害，中共一方面用各种宣传煽动仇恨；另一方面，则封锁一切人们可以获取真相的渠道。
<P>人心是锁不住的。实际上，从国内传来的消息表明，现在连公安内部人员都在长期看明慧网和其它载有法轮功真相的网站。了解了真相，明白了是非的人心又如何改变得了呢？相信随着真相进一步深入人心，像陈用林、郝凤军那样摒弃邪恶，弃暗投明的人会越来越多，像高智晟这样为法轮功鸣不平的人也会越来越多，而继续主动参与迫害的人却会越来越少。
<P>九月二日，明慧网详细报导了长春法轮功学员雷明（雷明已离世）因电视插播法轮功真相被捕后所受的种种酷刑。恶警对雷明动用了各种常人无法想象的酷刑。最后恶警们把雷明送到铁北看守所。到了监号，当雷明把衣服脱下时露出满身伤痕，满号的犯人都惊呆了…… 雷明满身被电击的黑点和脖子上的烫伤，又被电焦的伤痕，还有手腕、胳膊、脚腕被迫害时留下的痕迹，惨不忍睹。牢头说：“以前我不相信法轮功被迫害这么严重，今天我彻底相信了。这共产党要完了。”
<P>中共真正顾及的并不是所谓“社会影响”，而是因失去民心而失去手中的权力。用最残酷的方式亵渎传统道德、基本价值、人权和生命的尊严，中共是在迫害法轮功的过程中，自己搞垮了自己。物极必反，人类决不会坐视基本文明被践踏。国内超过一千三百万民众的退党潮，海外从北美到澳洲、到欧洲国家正义力量的凝聚，都在告诉人们这一点。<BR></P></font></td>
