<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>大约在1999年3月下旬的周五，河北承德广播电台广播了一篇文章，题目是“李亭亭持钢刀杀死生身父母”，在此文章中，中共恶党的喉舌栽赃陷害法轮功。知情者都知道李亭亭从小就精神不好，有抑郁症。曾在承德二中读书，因抑郁症而辍学在家休养，由父母看管。街坊、邻居、亲戚、朋友、父母工作单位的人都知道李亭亭杀其父母是精神病导致的，李亭亭也没炼过法轮功，更不会做炼功动作。</P>
<P>听到广播后，当即有两名法轮功学员于周六当晚到报社找到编辑部说明了情况，编辑部马上答应把即将要发表的文章不发了。但此稿已发往省编辑部，法轮功学员立即与报社的记者联系追回了此稿，学员们当晚也找到了广播电台，说明了该文章不符合实际的情况，通过大法学员的共同努力控制住了这场破坏大法的事件。</P>
<P>大概在周一上午，法轮功学员到公安局（出稿单位）了解情况。公安局办公室主任委托秘书接待了这几位学员。这几位学员讲了李亭亭杀父母是由精神病引起的，与法轮功没有关系。这几位学员又向公安局的政委孟庆国、副政委陈风波反映了情况，政委当时很客气的说：“这件事情发生了，不会再扩大。”孟庆国还说：“为了挽回影响，你们写篇正面报道，法轮功在承德传播情况并让你们在承德广播电台交通台广播。”</P>
<P>达成这个口头协议后，法轮功学员很快在承德广播电台交通台播出了“法轮大法在承德”的报道。</P>
<P>1999年7月20日，中共恶党发动的迫害铺天盖地开始了，中央电视台滚动播放诽谤大法的谎言，又把李亭亭杀死父母的编造文章为主要内容播出，这个用精神病人捏造谎言、煽动仇恨的文章，在前四个月已有定论。而个别中共党徒认为升迁的机会来了，不顾事实真相将已经处理完了的事，重新包装，上报了中共的央视。这件事情在央视播出后，在承德百姓中造成的毒害非常坏，在全国影响也是很恶劣的。</P>
<P>这是中共邪党在历次政治运动中的惯用伎俩。那么中共把法轮功学员去公安局反映情况也污蔑为“围攻”公安局也就不足为奇了。</P>
<P>现在，越来越多的善良民众醒悟了。恶有恶报，人们看到：直接参与栽赃陷害者的区公安局局长李文启因肺癌死于2004年6月份；公安局政委孟庆国因暴死于2000年春天。</P>
