<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>十一月十二日上午，由联合国和柬埔寨政府共同组建的柬埔寨特别法庭的官员会同警方，逮捕了前民主柬埔寨政权副总理兼外交部长英萨利及其妻子。法庭发言人声称，英萨利夫妇将接受审讯。英萨利被起诉的罪名是战争罪和反人类罪，他的妻子则单独以反人类罪遭到起诉。</P>
<P>目前尚存的前柬共领导人皆为年老体弱者，并患有至少一种以上的疾病。有鉴于此，法庭正在提高工作速度，以便早日对其进行审判。</P>
<P>英萨利是迄今为止特别法庭拘审的第三名前柬共政权高官。此前，前柬共政权二号人物农谢和监狱长杜奇先后被收押，并被控战争罪和反人类罪。有报道说，柬共执政期间，人民广受迫害，约有一百七十万人死于饥饿、迫害以及缺医少药。</P>
<P>农谢是目前在世的前柬共最高级别的官员。按照特别法庭的工作计划，正式审判将于明年开始。至今农谢、杜奇和英萨利夫妇何时被判刑，并将面临怎样的刑罚，目前尚无人对此做出推测。</P>
<P>除了以上四人，特别法庭的拘审名单上还有前柬共国家主席乔森潘和已故军事首领塔莫的女婿米姆斯，对这两人的拘审日期尚未确定。</P>
<P>十一月十三日，七十六岁的乔森潘突发中风，柬埔寨首相洪森随即派出一架直升飞机，将乔森潘从居住的拜林市接到金边接受治疗。当地时间十四日上午十一时五十分左右，接载乔森潘的直升飞机抵达金边，他本人随即入住甘密医院。</P>
<P>乔森潘的妻子对媒体说，乔森潘的病情已经有所好转，可以说话、走路、有限进食。他的女儿则称，父亲知道自己很快将被收押，但这并非导致中风的原因，他的健康状况一直不好。（以上内容摘自《国际先驱导报》十一月十九日）乔森潘等人将被送上“国际群体灭绝罪法庭”审讯，被控告的罪行是“反人类罪、战争罪”(与英萨利等一样)，这个国际法庭由联合国支持于二零零六年设立。</P>
<P>由此可以看到历史的正义之剑又一次在人类的天空闪耀光芒。中共支持的“红色高棉”大屠杀罪行正面临着历史的审判。据《九评共产党》介绍：红色高棉在柬埔寨仅仅维持了四年的政权，然而从1975年到1978年，这个人口约800万的小国却屠杀了近200万人，其中包括二十多万华人。红色高棉头目波尔布特是毛泽东的崇拜者，从1965年开始，曾经四次来中国当面聆听毛泽东的教诲。早在1965年11月，波尔布特就曾到中国访问三个月，陈伯达和张春桥等人给他讲述「枪杆子里面出政权」、阶级斗争、无产阶级专政等理论和经验。这些都成为他后来夺权、建国、治国依据。回国后，他将原来的党改名为柬埔寨共产党，并仿中共农村包围城市的模式，建立革命根据地。<BR> <BR>1968年柬共正式成立军队，到1969年底也只有三千多人，但到一九七五年攻占金边之前，已发展成为「装备精良、作战勇猛」的近八万人武装力量。这完全得益于中共的扶持。王贤根著《援越抗美实录》上说，仅在1970年，中国就援助波尔布特三万人的武器装备。1975年4月波尔布特攻下柬埔寨首都，二个月后，就到北京拜见中共，听取指示。可以说，红色高棉杀人没有中共的理论和物质支持是根本就办不到的。</P>
<P>可是红色高棉的罪恶在中共执政以来屠杀的血海之中，只不过是一朵小小的浪花。那至少屠杀中国八千万民众的邪党，今天又犯下了迫害法轮功的天怒人怨的滔天罪行。目前从国内到国外，退党大潮和要求对迫害法轮功的元凶进行审判的浪潮日渐高涨。在这里奉劝那些良知尚存的世人和中共的执政者赶快清醒过来，时间可是瞬间即逝！天要灭中共，三退能保命，切莫跟着邪党下地狱啊！</P>
