<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>2005年，中共中央开了各种各样的会议谈中共得的各种各样的绝症，但开出的药方不过都是劝吃几片维生素而已，哪个要提出动手术都被绝对禁止，因为要把党妈妈浑身的癌瘤都清除，那剩下的只能是一堆骨头。</P>
<P>中共在2005年12月初结束的中央经济工作会议上，胡锦涛透露了三个骇人数字：</P>
<P><STRONG>1、省级政府部门行政开支超支3000亿；</STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG>2、党政部门小金库存款6000亿；</STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG>3、非正常福利开支3000多亿。</STRONG></P>
<P>争鸣杂志1月刊透露，2005年12月20日，中纪委书记吴官正在中共中央政治局召开的年底最后一次全体会议上，引证中纪委进行的民意调查，有高达82%的人明确表明对中共的「反腐败斗争」工作根本不抱希望。中纪委调查的百分比就如此高，那真实的民意就可想而知了。</P>
<P>调查尤其指出，中共的腐败在以下十个方面最为突出：干部组织制度、公职人员的人事制度、司法体制和工作机制、行政审批制度、财政税收体制、投资体制、金融证券体制、医疗卫生和教育体制、土地开发体制、外贸进出口体制等。</P>
<P>中组部、人事部的一份报告披露：地厅级以上干部（包括已退休者）子女，有94%的人经商、从事金融证券；百分之5.5%的人。</P>
<P>2005年11月份仅一个月，各级官员的家属抢购黄金金条、金币及99%含量的黄金饰物达50 吨！（没有写错，购买的重量单位确实是「吨」）</P>
<P>2005年10月14日，中银监委发出报告：2005年四大商业银行坏账及不良资产，又上升485亿多元。</P>
<P>「十一」黄金周期间，从拱北口岸到澳门赌博的内地干部、公职人员，有16万3千多人。据统计，平均每人下赌注3万元，7天就有50亿元，统统是公款。</P>
<P> 近二年来，北京市委书记刘淇当组长的「北京奥运筹办」涉嫌贪污、收贿案件700多件，仅有关广告收贿的案件就有200件，金额达三点三亿元。而刘淇一个人两年的“招待费”就是两亿多元。</P>
<P>最新的报告是中共政治局常委、中央政法委书记罗干出访阿根廷时进行私人投资矿山意向考察。</P>
<P>胡锦涛在12月20日的政治局会议上说：从源头上卡住腐败，是党在社会主义建设时期能不能得到人民拥护的原则大问题，不能回避，也无法回避，党的建设和反腐败斗争工作正处于生死存亡的关口。</P>
<P>那么如何解决这生死攸关的问题呢？有两个措施。</P>
<P>1、保鲜新招儿</P>
<P>罗干属下、广东福建江西等省的政法委，近期提出一个皆大欢喜的保鲜提案：「凡被起诉贪官，如捐款数能超过所受贿款，即可考虑抵刑期或免予起诉，予以撤诉。」这样一来，贪官就洗净了，变成了廉官。再包装包装，还能成全国学习的榜样哩！</P>
<P>2、疯学邪党党章</P>
<P>2006年1月6日，新华网在头版头条发表了胡锦涛1月5日在中纪委第六次全体会议上的讲话，「胡锦涛指出，总结我们党自身建设包括党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的实践经验，可以得出一个重要结论，就是要始终把学习党章、遵守党章、贯彻党章、维护党章作为全党的一项重大任务抓紧抓好。只有把党章学习好、遵守好、贯彻好、维护好，才能确保我们党始终沿着正确的方向前进，始终成为中国特色社会主义事业的领导核心，始终凝聚起全党同志的意志和力量为实现党的理想和目标而共同奋斗。」</P>
<P>在社会呼吁“到了拯救中华民族文化道德沦丧的时刻”，在退党潮越过700万人之际，胡总书记做出了最新指示：认真学习“三个代表”，拼死挽救中国共产党！</P>
