<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>近日为几件根本不应该轰动世界的事情让各国都轰动起来了，中共受到国际舆论的严厉谴责。胡锦涛为此非常头痛。<BR><BR>一个是各国媒体抗议中共近日让北韩头子金正日偷偷在中国满处溜达，让香港那些中共养肥的记者坐在家里胡编乱造，却不通知驻中的外国记者采访。</P>
<P>金正日在北韩是最大的独裁头子，在外交礼仪上也得算是国家元首。国家元首去任何国家，要末保密到底，要末公开到底。金正日这次去中国实在是蹊跷出圈儿了，说保密又放出点消息，闹的各国记者追都不知道往哪个方向去。日本媒体用现代最高科技技术，从很远很远的距离只拍到一个小小的脑袋瓜，并宣称那「就是」金正日。世界大报BBC也只能把新华社的图片买来贴上去。没有任何一个北韩和中共之外的记者可以较近距离的看到金正日，而中共外交部发言人也无法证实金正日是否来了，可是奇特的是新华社18日报导从1月10日至18日，中共九个常委分别陪同金逛了几个城市，好大的派头啊，干什么来了呢？「无国界记者」愤怒声明，这是中共当局的一次“有计划地撒谎”。这种抗议是世界罕见的，因为中共干出的这事真有点儿世界罕见。 </P>
<P>另一个让胡锦涛更伤脑筋的就是罗干越来越我行我素，近日为迫害中国著名人权律师高智晟的事情，已经轰动世界，矛头当然都得指向掌握党政军大权的胡锦涛。幕僚们很客观的说：也不能说胡锦涛没责任，高律师给他写过三封信，都没答复。</P>
<P>目前，罗干的手下迫害的更厉害了。1月13日中午，在便衣特务跟踪了70多天之后，特务故意挑衅，并打电话报警，12点20分高智晟被派出所警察带走近一个多小时。正象高律师所说的：“他们是练练兵，练练手。”这不是一件偶然的事情，罗干是想试探一下，看逮捕高律师会有多大反响，事后的反响之大，是中共政权所料想不到的。他们怎么也想不通一个人怎么能够达到如此高的威望。</P>
<P>据我所知道的几位元老级人物，都对高智晟的高尚品德极为敬佩，他们都对罗干的做法非常不满。有一位老军头说：“罗干这王八羔子要敢动高智晟一根毫毛，老子就派人让他脑瓜子开花！”还有一位威望很高的元老说：罗干还真能装，贪污了那么多钱要跑啊，恐怕没那么容易吧？</P>
<P>1月17日，罗干还真冒天下之大不韪下手了！</P>
<P>高智晟发出短讯说：晚上22点24分，我驾车正常高速行驶时，前面的一辆车尾部牌号被报纸蒙着的小车突然急刹车，非常明显是故意制造是我“恶意”撞他们的车的事故！我拚命刹住车后，两车之间的距离不到一公分！我下车后，因其尾部牌号看不见，我就走到前面去看对方的车牌号，对方突然猛然启动车直直向我撞来！我的躲闪速度神奇的快！由于我的身体失去了平衡，在对方车的引擎盖上留下了我的右手印！我猛然地跃上路旁花园！对方在猛然倒车逃离时，蒙在车尾部牌号上的报纸竟意外脱落，露出了京EB8233 的车牌号！现场始终有一辆神秘的军车！</P>
<P>潮水般的电话向高智晟涌来，连各个媒体、美国大使馆、法国政府的朋友都给高智晟律师打过电话。世界轰动了！这次不但是罗干，连前军委主席江泽民也又一次扬了臭名。而胡锦涛也不能不吃上瓜络儿。</P>
<P>据悉，政治局的一班人都愤怒了，他们说“罗干这么干是什么意思嘛，十七大让他下台，他就让大家都翻船？”要求胡锦涛立即召开政治局会议讨论这个问题。结果开会时，罗干拒不出席。</P>
