<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>前面讲到了中共网络封锁的诸多手段，果然当得起是世界第一的技术手段，也算得是用人民之财力封锁人民之耳目。然而也确实有无数的追求信息自由的人们找到和开发了各种各样的工具，让中共花费了巨资的网络信息封锁成为了一个纸做的城墙，让网络成为一个真正自由信息的流通渠道。在不久的未来，人们会看到这些默默无闻的开发者们写下了历史的辉煌一笔。 </P>
<P>早期能够突破中共封锁的工具，都是普通代理工具的完善。当时还没有内容和网址的过滤，只要找到合适的普通代理，基本就可以畅通无阻。当时的工具基本是擅长于代理的搜索、校验和动态切换，比较有代表性的是"代理猎手”和"MultiProxy”等。等到有网页过滤的时候，各种加密的代理也就应运而生了。比较有名的就是SSL加密的页面代理。他能够把其他网站的内容抓过来，然后用SSL加密算法将内容加密后传递给用户。这样只要用户找到一个加密代理，就能够浏览其他各种被封锁的网站，而所有的信息都是加密传输的，包括网址URL。从最早到safeweb到后来的动态网、代理看世界等都用这种技术。目前，只有动态网和无界网络的技术比较成熟并至今仍在使用。</P>
<P>下面我们就说说如何获得动态网和无界网络的加密代理。</P>
<P><STRONG>MSN</STRONG></P>
<P>如果您使用MSN免费即时消息服务的话，可以用MSN免费即时消息给下面任何一个账号<BR><A href="mailto:dweb001@hotmail.com">dweb001@hotmail.com</A><BR><A href="mailto:dweb002@hotmail.com">dweb002@hotmail.com</A><BR><A href="mailto:dweb003@hotmail.com">dweb003@hotmail.com</A><BR><A href="mailto:dweb004@hotmail.com">dweb004@hotmail.com</A><BR><A href="mailto:dweb005@hotmail.com">dweb005@hotmail.com</A><BR>发一个短信，一分钟内会收到几个IP。 MSN软件下载地址：<A href="http://messenger.microsoft.com/cn/">http://messenger.microsoft.com/cn/</A></P>
<P>如果看不到以上账号在线，这是因为每个MSN账号只能接受一定数目的人加其为联系人，超过后再加就显示不在线，实际很可能在线。用MSN上面的菜单栏里的“操作”那一栏，然后->“发送即时信息”然后->“其他”，然后会看见“输入电子邮件地址”那一栏，在里面输入以上账号中的一个如：<A href="mailto:dweb005@hotmail.com">dweb005@hotmail.com</A>，然后点“确定”，就会出现和这个账号的对话框， 随便发几个字母就可以即时得到有效的 IP地址。一个账号不行，可以多试几个。</P>
<P><STRONG>雅虎通</STRONG></P>
<P>如果您使用雅虎通的话，可以给 <A href="mailto:dweb_ip@yahoo.com">dweb_ip@yahoo.com</A>发一个即时短信，一分钟内会收到几个IP。或者可以把<A href="mailto:dweb_ip@yahoo.com">dweb_ip@yahoo.com</A>加为“朋友”，一上线就可以从雅虎通中dweb_ip看到动态网的IP。雅虎通可以在<A href="http://cn.messenger.yahoo.com/">http://cn.messenger.yahoo.com/</A>下载。您得有一个雅虎的电子邮件才能用雅虎通。</P>
<P><STRONG>电子邮件（建议使用国外免费电邮信箱）</STRONG></P>
<P>给<A href="mailto:d_ip@earthlink.net">d_ip@earthlink.net</A>发一个电子邮件，10分钟内会收到回信，拿到几个IP。</P>
<P>无界网络也提供了类似的方法：</P>

<P><STRONG>电邮索取：（建议使用国外免费电邮信箱）</STRONG></P>
<P>如果您从一个电邮地址向以下任何一个信箱<A href="mailto:usip@earthlink.net">usip@earthlink.net</A>、<A href="mailto:usip@bellsouth.net">usip@bellsouth.net</A>发送一个空白短信，约十分钟后您将收到三个当前有效无界网址。请记下该地址以备使用。</P>
<P>一旦一个加密地址（<A href="https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/">https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx</A>）可以在你的网页浏览器(IE，火狐等）中正确显示出动态网或无界网络的网页时，你就可以下载自由门与无界浏览等破网软件。这些软件可以自动查找有效的代理，从而使你可以浏览被封所的海外网站。</P></font></td>
