<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>(大纪元综合报导)中央社报导，深圳市政府在新年第一天在中国率先推出网路警察“公开”上网巡逻，监查网上论坛所有言论资讯。网民认为当局以打击网路犯罪为名，收紧网路言论自由空间。<BR><BR>据深圳商报报导，从今天起，网民只要浏览深圳市的网站论坛就会看见两个卡通警察浮动图示，他们分别叫“警警”和“察察”，是互联网虚拟社会维护秩序的警察。</P>
<P>网民点击深圳网站、论坛上的“警警”和“察察”浮动图示就会进入网路警察的网路空间。</P>
<P>报导说，在网路警察的网路空间，网民可以看到互联网各项法律法规，了解关于互联网各项最新政策及利用互联网违法犯罪典型案例，藉以提高网民的法制意识和防范能力。</P>
<P>警方在接受深圳商报访问时表示，互联网并非法外之地，网民须严格约束自己的网上行为，网站论坛再也不是为所欲为，发泄个人不满的“三不管”场所，在网路论坛里，网友必须注意自己的言行。</P>
<P>有网民表示，深圳警方口中的“执行法律”，根本就是钳制言论自由的违法行为。</P>
<P>另有网民表示，社会上大批对共产党政权不满的人士经常借由互联网传递讯息，同时抒发自己对时局的不满及看法。深圳当局此举大幅紧缩网路的言论自由空间，使得广大人民怨气的出口进一步被缩减，将促使不满情绪更加激化，社会更加不稳定。</P>
