<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>近日来，海外众多中文网站上不断地出现“中国良心”一词，泛指中国大陆上的各种持不同政见的人士， 诸如高智晟律师，网络作家郑贻春，蒋彦勇医生等等。逐渐地，“中国良心”似的人物，无论是直言学者或着挑战中共暴政的法轮功和基督教等信仰团体，还是民间维权群众，如潮水一般，不断地涌现在中国大陆上。其实，“中国良心”作为一种社会现象的出现，依情形而论，既是可悲的，亦是令人欣慰的。 </P>
<P>本来，当今大陆上的中共专制如果随着东欧共产国际的解体而消失的话，或者中国已经是一个法治的文明社会的话，“中国良心”这个形如政治犯的词汇也就没有必要出现了。毕竟，除了独裁专制国家外，在国际社会上没有人会在自由社会里被标榜为某一个国家的“良心”。至少，到目前为止，还没有听说过什么“加拿大良心”或“瑞典良心”。由此可见，中国出现“中国良心”的现象本身显然证明了它还不是一个自由文明社会，这岂不是一个悲哀吗？从逻辑上推演，在大陆上出现所谓的“中国良心”一定是由于中共统治集团是没有“中国良心”的或是违背民心的；否则，“中国良心”则会像“美国良心”或者“荷兰良心”一样没有产生的必要。同样地，没有“中国良心”的人也一定是与民心相左的人和反中国的人。由此，中共作为没有“中国良心”的统治集团也一定是违反民意和反中国的执政党。 </P>
<P>在中共仍然依靠恐怖和谎言维系政权的时候，“中国良心”应时而起，其广泛的兴起则又是一件令人欣慰的事情。也说明大陆上人心向背，中共已经失去其统治的社会基础。特别是眼下日益壮大的百万民众退党退团风潮将会加速中共的解体。中共的垮台将意味着一朝独裁暴政的结束和民族中兴的伊始。毕竟，中国人民渴望的是生活在一个自由和谐和道德高尚的文明社会，以及一个“中国良心”或政治犯毋须存在的环境。 </P>
<P>与常规认识相反，“中国良心”不应该被视为代表弱势群体的声音，或者限于少数敢于直言的异见人士。“中国良心”其实是源自中国的最强势群体或者绝大多数民众的心愿，而高智晟律师等仁人义士则是他们的先声。中国的最微弱团体其实是代表极其少数腐败特权阶层的中共。正是由于心虚和弱小，中共独裁者们不敢开放党禁报禁，不敢公平竞争，不敢让人民享有问政权力。中共的外强中干依赖于暴力，恐惧，和欺骗。而真正强势的“中国良心”的力量则出自两个主要来源：1。其代表了绝大多数人民的心声，俗话说，“得道多助，失道寡助”。2。其立足于道德，正义以及历史潮流的力量。千古以来，中国人讲天时地利，顺天意而行者昌，逆之者亡。眼下，中国大陆群众抗议活动遍地蜂拥而起，与民为敌的中共暴政必将自取灭亡；其末日已经是屈指可数，这其中最主要的原因就是亿万中国人民正在觉醒，并都在成为与中共抗争的“中国良心”。</P>
