<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">高智晟说，今天的中国就需要有圣人心态的人。所有参与这一次力处中国和平转型这种宏势当中的每个人，都不要抱着一种自己在这个过程当中获得什么的这么一种心态去做事。
<P>(希望之声记者许琳采访报导) 目前在中国国内民运人士中提到有一种精英阶层的民运团体和草根阶层的民运团体之分。高智晟律师在参加12月28日北京民运、维权人士新年前大聚会时对此问题发表了自己的看法：
<P><B>高律师录音: </B>他们现在提到的北京有一个所谓的精英阶层的民运团体和草根阶层的民运团体。我当时指出就是说，就民运价值本身而言，如果分了阶层和分了团体，我认为这本身就是一种不正常的存在，也不利于我们所从事的事业和我们价值的追求。因为我们本身目前从形式上看，我们是处于弱势的。我们无论是草根阶层还是所谓的精英阶层，我们是共同价值持有者，我们应该走在一起。
<P>在谈到海外民运与国内民运在推动民主进程中所起到的作用时高律师谈到：
<P><B>高律师录音: </B>海外的民运我要说，国内目前对他们的这种真实心态的话，他们有可能听了很难过。国内对海外的民运很多人还是比较失望的。就像我那天讲到的就是说，未来的中国，也不要说未来的中国，今天的中国就需要有圣人心态的人。所有参与这一次力处中国和平转型这种宏势当中的每个人，都不要抱着一种自己在这个过程当中获得什么的这么一种心态去做事。中国需要圣人，需要华盛顿。因为我们现在最大的弊端就是说，我说国内很多都是学者专家接触的时候，发现他们和你谈话，谈一会他就不由自主地去攻击他身边和他有这层关系的人。我就告诉他，为什么你们会这样，是因为你们对你们正在从事的过程，把你们个人将要获得的东西和你们个人要期望的东西，放到在了第一位，而不是站在整个民族价值的角度去考虑这个问题。现在实际上海外民运人士，每一个人都想做老大的这种心理，近处上看伤害的是他们；从长远上看，伤害的是我们这个民族。它实际上，他们多年来形成了这么一种没有力量的这么一种状态，实际上是中共花钱都买不到的，中共做梦都想不到的。但是中共得到了这个东西。
<P>高律师还谈到近期许多不同的上访团体去看望他，他也在不断的推动他的理念: 退党、信神、走出来，同时也得到了广泛的认同。
<P><B>高律师录音: </B>我现在接触的国内的人，就是说所谓的草根阶层他们都能理解。草根阶层每每的听到我动员他们退党近神的时候，他们都报以热烈的掌声，而且欢呼雀跃，愿意这样去做。所谓的那些精英阶层他们就瞻前顾后，他们就考虑的比较多。
<P>未来的希望还是每个人从自身做起，因为它是一个很大的概念，但是呢，你期望谁去做，你期望谁去做……，最成功的做法就是你期望你自己开始做。如果没有每个人抱有我自己开始做的心态的话，那这个价值很难成功。现在我们看到的令我们欣慰，令我们高兴的一面，首先至少，法轮功信仰者，他们在持续着，他们不等不靠，不依靠任何人，不喊所谓的国内精英分子，喊这资金缺，那资金缺，他们不喊。他们都是自己消化自己的困难。
<P><B>记者: </B>您这样三次上书，真正国内的这些老百姓，了解法轮功的、知道法轮功的，他们能够理解法轮功吗？
<P><B>高律师录音: </B>现在不少了，现在应该说是以我作为一个纽带啊，不少。你看我最近就是，群体群体的跟我见面的人非常多。他们都看了这个报道，都看了我的调查报道。他们都表达了对法轮功的理解和支持。尤其他体制内的很多人。
<P>刚才在路上我还跟我夫人讲，有一些体制内的，有一些还是算相当级别的人。他给我打电话。昨天有一位叫，哪个地区的。他不愿意暴露，他说他是一个地级市的市委书记。他给我打电话他就问我，他说，高律师你的文章，你的调查报道我都看。他说，我想，我一直在思考一个问题，他说我们，或者说我本人这样一个地位，算不算是就像历代这种，进步潮流当中的反动分子。他来问我这么一句。这说明一个什么样的问题，这说明他们在思考这些问题。我就回答他，我说，在今天提来这个问题之前，你不是反动分子，因为至少这个问题证明了你在这之前，你是糊涂的。那么今天之后，你和我谈了话以后，你明白了以后，你去继续做那些坑害人民的事，残害人民的事，你就是一个反动分子，你就是一个凶手。</P></font></td>
