<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"> 根据知情人向大纪元报料，在海外引起争议的《同一首歌》晚会是中共文化部直接下令并拨款1000 万人民币要求举办的，政治意图明显。中共在美国物色的主办人、洛杉矶居民赵紫辰和林选栋，却是几年前冒充法轮功学员以“法轮功政治庇护”身份留在美国的。
<P>18日一名读者向纽约大纪元办公室披露中共耗巨资举办《同一首歌》晚会的内幕：《同一首歌》主办单位是华美国际文化传媒(也叫世界华人娱乐传媒)，该公司的两个老板赵紫辰和林选栋(都在加州)，都是前几年冒充法轮功学员以“法轮功政治庇护”身份留在美国的。为了这次演出，他们与中央电视台(CCTV)签约，央视给了他们100万美元。他们将房子作为抵押，与Radio City签演出的合同。
<P>大纪元通过其他知情人了解到更多《同一首歌》在美举办的相关情况。目前，中共驻纽约领馆正全力炒作部署此事。
<P><B>*主办者身份</B>
<P>据知情者向大纪元透露，中共正耗费巨资在北美炒作《同一首歌》 演唱会。原计划三场已改为两场，1月15日在多伦多演出后，计划下周一(1月23日)在纽约演出，洛杉矶的那一场演出被取消。
<P>中共搞的《同一首歌》 演唱会在美国的主办方华美国际文化传播公司负责人赵紫辰是前几年冒充法轮功学员以“法轮功政治庇护”身份留在美国的。他曾经在中国大陆是一个小贪官，后来因为经济问题逃到美国。
<P>据悉，央视现在知道了他的法轮功政治庇护身份后，想要毁约，但是很困难，因此就想极力掩盖他们的身份。
<P>他们现在内部阵脚已乱。有些演员知道《同一首歌》被中共用作政治宣传和迫害工具，产生反感，不想参与演出。
<P><B>*赵紫辰其人</B>
<P>据知情人透露，去年央视曾在加州搞过一场《同一首歌》 演唱会，虽然投资很大，但是搞得不成功。之后，加州很多亲共华侨、商人，想要拉拢中共当局再次承办这个演唱会，从中牟利。为了和央视拉关系，他们互相拆台，甚至打了起来。
<P>其中有一个小商人赵紫辰“异军突起”，用了半年多的时间和央视拉关系。央视一开始没打算办，但是去年12月10日，文化部发了命令，说就是亏本也要办，还拨了1000万人民币，选中赵紫辰。
<P>当地很多人对此不满，认为赵紫辰没有任何背景，因此互相骂架，导致洛杉矶的那一场演出被取消，用别的晚会充数，很多人和赵成了敌人。赵在过去的一个多月时间内基本都待在纽约。据说中共给了他100万美元。他用房子作抵押，用现金租下RadioCity场地准备办演唱会。纽约当地侨团对他也极为不满。
<P>据称，赵紫辰现在在洛杉矶SAN GABRIEL经营一个销售妇女营补品的商店—“太太千金宝”。记者尚未联系上赵本人。
<P><B>*假冒法轮功学员身份申请庇护</B>
<P>经记者向洛杉矶法轮功学员核实，赵紫辰从来没有参加过当地法轮功学员的活动，此前没有学员知道赵这个人，如果赵用法轮功名义申请政治庇护那一定是假冒身份。
<P>居住在洛杉矶的法轮大法学会成员李有甫先生说：“真正的法轮功学员都会自愿出来参加我们的活动。需要申请庇护时，也会与我们进行沟通。但是赵紫辰这个人从来没有参加过我们的活动，也没有跟我们接触过，大家都不知道这个人。”
<P>李有甫说，“如果有人用了法轮功的名义（申请庇护），却干出迫害法轮功的事情，那绝对就是假冒身份、假庇护。我们呼吁对这种人进行揭露，也呼吁和配合美国移民局进行调查，因为他（她）损害了我们的声誉。”
<P><B>*移民律师：作假严重违法将被驱逐出境</B>
<P>佛罗里达移民律师李维今日接受大纪元采访时指出，如果赵紫辰是冒充法轮功学员以“法轮功政治庇护”身份留在美国的，那么就违反了美国的法律，绿卡将要被剥夺，根据法律将被驱逐出境。
<P>他说，作假在美国移民法里是最不能被容忍的，情节非常严重。如果作假，即使已取得公民身份，都要被剥夺，更不用说绿卡了。
<P>李维律师指出，利用法轮功获得留美身份，现在又积极的为中共摇旗呐喊，甚至支持和帮助中共迫害法轮功，那他的法轮功学员身份一定就是假的，这恰恰有力地证明了其政治庇护的理由是伪造的，避难中使用的证据都是假的。
<P>他说，用欺骗的手法得到美国公民的身份，无论什么时候发现，都要被剥夺，没有时间限制。任何人发现这样的假案，一定要向移民局汇报，制止这种行径。移民局根据有关线索，有义务和责任进行细致调查。
<P><B>*《同一首歌》被中共利用</B>
<P>法轮功学员抗议中共在纽约搞《同一首歌》 的演唱会，因为《同一首歌》 被利用对法轮功进行学员精神摧残和洗脑。
<P>《同一首歌》本来是一首普通的歌，1990年由陈哲、迎节作词，孟卫东作曲。当时由歌手刘畅首唱，以后又有毛阿敏等多人演唱，歌曲开始走红。
<P>1999年7月在江泽民下令迫害法轮功后不久，中共镇压法轮功的特务系统610办公室内部下令利用这首颇受民间欢迎的歌曲作为给法轮功学员洗脑的工具歌曲，“同一首歌”被要求在劳教所反覆的唱，并被当作转化法轮功学员的经验推广开来。
<P>曾经在劳教所亲身经历过的法轮功学员曾铮表示，随着迫害真相的揭露，《同一首歌》这首表面上看起来美好的歌曲，最终在历史上，将与纳粹的标志一样成为可耻和罪恶的象征。
<P>中共政权动用国家财力在海外极力推动《同一首歌》晚会，政治意图明显。</P> </font></td>
