<P><B>* 法轮功“真、善、忍”的和平理念 赢得国际认同</B>
<P>曾从事亚洲事务研究的张而平说，法轮功是一个民间团体，而不是一个政治团体，都是出自于个人的愿望。在过去的八年里，我们看到，法轮功靠的是一个“真、善、忍”的理念，而不是靠政治手段、或是任何暴力手段，他们是通过非暴力形式，而且靠民间志愿形式传播信息。这场迫害本身给很多法轮功学员和他们的家庭造成了巨大的灾难，但在大陆很多中国人以前不了解法轮功，现在却对法轮功也有所了解了，而且在国际上更多的人对法轮功的理念和和平抗争有了认同。
<P><B>* 迫害转入地下</B>
<P>张而平说，中共对法轮功的迫害由过去操纵媒体、制定国家政策等这种大规模铺天盖地的造谣宣传的迫害形势，到现在已经走入地下。虽然现在在中国大陆的媒体上很少看到对法轮功迫害的消息，但实际上，迫害并没有消失，很多法轮功学员的处境依然很艰难。最近，加拿大独立调查团和国际善良人士对中共摘取法轮功学员器官的调查，进一步证实了中共迫害法轮功是不择手段的。这样一种迫害在历史上是前所未有的。
<P><B>* 诉诸法律 将凶手绳之以法</B>
<P>张而平说，法轮功学员除了通过各种方式让人们知道这场迫害，还采取法律手段，将参与迫害的凶手绳之以法，因为天网恢恢，疏而不漏。所有参与迫害法轮功的人，虽然在中国没有真正法制的社会里还不能得到公正的审判，但是国际社会必然会利用法律手段解决这个问题。
<P>在国际上，在很多地方，法轮功学员对参与迫害法轮功的中共官员进行了立案起诉，我们看到很多国家，很多独立法庭都按照司法程序进行立案，走入法律程序，而在中国没有独立的司法，不可能有这种法制。
<P><B>* 只有解体中共 才能结束迫害</B>
<P>张而平说，中共在镇压法轮功上使用了整个国家机器、耗费了巨大国家财力，这不但是违反国际法律和中国宪法的犯罪行为，而且本质上是反中华民族、反中国文化、反人性的一场浩劫；它勾勒出中共残忍的邪灵本性，它对世界文明、和平与稳定都直接构成了威胁。
<P>不仅如此，中共还将迫害延伸到海外，把恐怖主义行径输出到西方自由民主国家。中共在海外的庞大特务网络和破坏活动给各国人民带来了恐惧和不安，其危害波及全球。
<P>张而平说，只有解体中共，才能结束迫害。
<P><B>* 法轮功和平抗暴绝无仅有</B>
<P>张而平先生说，在过去半个世纪以来，我们看到印度甘地的非暴力运动，在美国也有马丁•路德•金的和平抗争，民权运动。可是在中国、在全世界，象法轮功这么大规模的和平抗暴还绝无仅有，而且法轮功的这种和平抗争与任何一种其它抗争都不一样，因为其它任何一种和平抗争还是有政治诉求的，而法轮功的要求就是修炼的权利，信仰的权利，在公园炼功的权利，而且对那些参与迫害的人，我们有权利让他们在法律面前受到公正的审判，这些都是人的根本权利。
<P>张而平说，在暴力和谎言面前，法轮功学员一如既往的实践着“真善忍”的理念，用真诚化解谎言，用善良唤醒良知，以坚忍熔化暴恶。
<P>时间和历史见证着这一切，法轮功倡导的“真善忍”准则，正是人类赖以存在的普世的道德观和价值观。十几年来，在全世界各个国家的上亿法轮功学员做好人的实践充份证明了这一点。法轮功给人们带来了健康的身体和高尚的道德修养，无论在任何环境下，法轮功对国家、民族、社会、个人都是有百利而无一害的。
<P><B>* 退党是退出政治</B>
<P>张而平说，法轮功学员退党恰恰是为了摆脱中共强加给中国人民的人人要“政治挂帅”的政治。脱离残害中华民族与中华文化的中共邪党，不与狼为伍，是每一个有良心的中国人的正确选择。
<P>他说，在中国大陆，参与政党当然是参与政治活动，如果退出政党，则是退出政治活动。大陆的很多法轮功学员过去曾经是共产党员，那么现在他不会再介入迫害自己同修的政党。所以从任何一个意义上讲，它本身不是一个政治活动，而是一个退出政治的活动。
<P>张而平说，我们看到，中国共产党自从一九四九年以来，给中国人民带来的灾难不仅仅限于<SPAN class=popup title="'法轮大法，也称法轮功，是1992年5月由李洪志先生传出的佛家上乘修炼大法，以宇宙最高特性“真善忍”为根本指导，按照宇宙的演化原理而修炼。经亿万人的修炼实践证明，法轮大法是大法大道，在把真正修炼的人带到高层次的同时，对稳定社会、提高人们的身体素质和道德水准，也起到了不可估量的正面作用。'">法轮功</SPAN>，而且给全中国人民带来了灾难，中国有七千万到八千万人在中共的暴政下丧失了生命，所以中国人退党本身实际上是给中国人自己带来福音。<BR></P></font></td>
