<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>近日本台记者采访了一位用真名三退的人士，曾任上海市人民政府属下第三产业经贸有限公司的总经理臧锦乐先生。臧锦乐原本期望在现行体制下能有为民做主的清官，然而他所遇到的却是领导干部们的推诿责任及恶言相向，痛批共产党虚假、腐败，搞得臧锦乐艰难度日。
<P></P>臧锦乐表示：中共官员层层腐败，让他蒙受不白之冤，近五年的申诉和上访，上到中央下至街道，相关政府部门都不理睬，让他欲哭无泪，走投无路，后来看过“九评共产党”一书之后，终于认清了共产党的腐败，已经无可救药，因此坚决以真名三退，臧锦乐先生公开发表了他的退党声明： “我是中国上海臧锦乐，我忠于共产党几十年，但现在因为这里的政治阴谋，腐败相当严重，使我生活在水深火热之中，我愿意退出中国共产党、团、队，希望全世界人类联合起来，为我伸张正义，谢谢！”
<P>臧锦乐因看不惯官场内部的腐败，于二千零三年自动辞去产业经贸有限公司的总经理职务到市政府礼堂做门卫工作。他刚刚上班才几天，大礼堂发生了一场大火，上海市人民政府机关事务管理局相关部门领导乱用职权，徇私舞弊，将烧毁1000多万的财产损失，谎报为只有26万左右，并将火灾事故的罪名推卸责任给臧锦乐，让他成为替罪羊。
<P>“在中华大地上我对政府部门已经彻底的失去了信心，现在的中国腐败已经病入骨髓，政府部门现在是形同虚设，有权的不怕法，掌握法律的不执法，新闻媒体是避重就轻，你说，我一个冤民到哪里去申述？”
<P>火灾发生的半年前，臧锦乐在任经理时就反映三点弊端给市政府机关服务中心正处长查以勤，第一：市政府大礼堂管理松散，第二：财物账目经济混乱，第三：国有资产流失，但是查以勤却置之不理。火灾现场原本是黄浦保安公司巡逻负责安全工作，并非由臧锦乐负责，火灾发生时，臧锦乐没有考虑自己的生命安全，迅速通知熟睡中的10几位外来住宿人员撤离并及时抢救出剧场内停放的15辆轿车，非但没有功劳，反倒因为领导要隐瞒重大灾情，陷害臧锦乐：
<P>“正处长我跟他反应3 个问题以后呢，事情发生以后他就是呢，还是在原来的官位上，没有任何处分，从原来的这个月薪制改为年薪制，一年的工资突飞猛进要比往常要增加几十倍，政府里面就是集体犯罪，他们就弄事做假隐瞒事故真相，特别隐瞒了重大事故。”
<P>上海市人民政府大礼堂被大火烧毁一事，让臧锦看清中共官员如此腐败颠倒黑白，因而坚决以真名三退。 </P>
