<P>这两天国内的“权威媒体”发布了这样的消息：瓮安“6·28”事件当事女中学生李树芬遗体第三次尸检已全部完成，鉴定结论再次确认死者系溺水死亡。你相信这样的鉴定结论吗？一党独大之下，任何事情都可以公然造假，南海方面对我孩子的尸检结论就公然造假。 </P>
<P></P> 这些年来，各种公权机构是怎样公然不断丧失公正、中立的立场的，国人一一看在眼里。在专制独裁、腐败泛滥的地带，许多公权机构不过是执政党手中的一个提线木偶，早已习惯了“党叫干啥就干啥”。而国内的有些媒体在强权的压迫之下，也已走向堕落，不再记得“铁肩担道义”为何物。昨天我在接受台湾一家媒体的访问时，就曾谈到，国内现在有些媒体的公信力极低，我宁可相信街头阿公阿婆的闲谈，也不愿相信国内有些媒体的满纸谎言，因为街头的阿公阿婆往往有什么说什么，不会凡事动辄政治为大、“和谐”为大、“稳定”为大，街头的阿公阿婆没有必要事事撒谎，而国内的有些媒体已然成为党的私器，它们身不由己成了谎言传播的机器，其存在的意义，就在于日复一日宣扬党的“伟大、光荣、正确”，在于无限放大“闪光”的一面，极力遮蔽黑暗的一面，在于无休止蒙蔽人民，甘当专制的走狗。
<P> 倘使李树芬确系“溺水死亡”，并能完全排除他杀的可能，官方有何必要对其家属进行“消音”？何不大大方方让他们站到前台来，自由接受任何一家媒体的采访？在国内，我们既听不到瓮安当地民众真实的声音，也听不到李树芬的家人对这个事件的看法，只看到公门中人自说自话，而这个事件的各种疑点，从这种自说自话中却得不到合理的解释。贵州成立了民间瓮安事件调查组，调查组成员陈西、廖双元、吴玉琴在前往瓮安的途中，遭到官方绑架扣押。假使李树芬的尸检结论经得起检阅，有什么必要害怕一个民间的调查组对其进行调查？
<P> 李树芬之死，正如高莺莺、戴海静、廖梦君、杨代莉等人之死，在中共执政期间，真相得到公开的可能性不大，或许有待历史解密。在这种大环境之下，深究李树芬之死，肯定不会有任何结果。但历史对瓮安事件，会记下浓重的一笔。这个事件，同时也是党和政府不如黑社会的又一个铁证！
<P> 为什么这么说呢？因为瓮安民众愤而燃烧警车、火攻政府大楼和公安大楼，不是源于官方的草菅人命，而是源于“黑社会”的“煽动”——这是官方给出的诠释，而官方事后也在大肆抓捕抗议的民众，并谓之“打黑”。那么，基于官方的说词和官方的行为，我们便有足够的理由，得出这样一个结论：党和政府连黑社会也不如！
<P> 瓮安当时群情激愤，源于“黑社会”的“煽动”，可见当地党和政府的号召力和影响力，远远不如“黑社会”。瓮安官员济济，在事发之初，肯定也有对民众做一些“耐心细致”的解释工作，然而当地民众未予采信。而“黑社会”一“煽动”，瓮安民众便相信了。“黑社会”再振臂一呼，瓮安民众顿时应者如潮，于是政府大楼和公安大楼险些化为灰烬。既然瓮安的“黑社会”号召力和影响力远远强于当地党和政府，那么官方要做的就不再是“打黑”，而应该赶紧把瓮安交给 “黑社会”管制，免得往后政府大楼和公安大楼又被火攻，同时也有利于当地社会的长期稳定。民众信服的是德高望重者，从官方给出的诠释来看，我们有足够的理由相信瓮安“黑社会”比当地党和政府更加德高望重。“黑社会”有此号召力和影响力，无疑能令瓮安民众万众一心，瓮安民众在“黑社会”的领导下，往后肯定不会再火攻政府大楼和公安大楼。
<P> 瓮安事件是党和政府不如黑社会的一大铁证，我的饱遭迫害，也同样是党和政府不如黑社会的一大铁证。黑社会通常还讲求“道义”二字，而党和政府已是连“道义”二字也不讲了。我20岁当兵，21岁立功、入党，在以文为生的日子里，我为国家的长治久安着想，苦口婆心，希望政府正视百姓的看病难、上学难、买房难。任何人可以随时去翻翻我家破人亡之前写下的文稿，不难发现我那时写下的文章远不像现在这般激烈，我也曾是他们“道上”的一员，我挺为他们考虑的，在行文中曾经年复一年为他们献计献策。可他们又是怎么对待我的呢？世人都已经看到了，不用我再多说了。我被逼得走投无路，求助于党的总书记，结果悲哀地发现其不过是一具僵尸；求助于“人民的好总理”，结果发现对方也一样是一具僵尸……杀了我无辜的孩子，还要这样无尽赤裸裸迫害我夫妇俩，真干得出来啊。黑社会还讲点道义，党和政府别说道义了，这两年来连起码的脸面都已是不要了。这般穷凶极恶整人，在国内蒙住了一部份人的双眼，就能混得过去？
<P> 在我被迫关闭网站的留言板之前，有网友义愤填膺，怒而留言：“婊子都比这个邪党干净，黑社会都比党和政府更讲道义！”事实证明，这位网友并非无的放矢。呜呼，我们竟生活在这样一个时代，被这样的党和政府所统治，这不只是中国人的悲哀，更是中国人的耻辱！
