<P>北京著名人权律师高智晟先生自今年10月18日为法轮功公开上书胡锦涛和温家宝，呼吁停止迫害自由信仰者，便遭受一连串的威胁及打压，11月4日律师事务所被当局停业……此事引起海内外广泛关注，各界人士纷纷以不同形式声援高律师。 </P>
<P>高律师不仅没有屈服于当局的压力和威胁，更于11月29日成功摆脱了几十名便衣的跟踪、围堵，在山东济南、辽宁大连、阜新市、吉林长春等地进行了十几天的新一轮真相调查。12月12日，以“必须立即停止灭绝我们民族良知和道德的野蛮行径”为题，第三次公开上书胡锦涛和温家宝。
<P>前胡耀邦秘书林牧先生日前接受大纪元专访时，赞扬高律师在自己遭受打压的困境中仍然为法轮功学员鸣冤的高风亮节、侠肝义胆的可贵品质，同时强烈谴责中共对法轮功的惨无人道的迫害，并指出，信仰的力量是巨大、坚不可摧的，越打压越顽强。以下内容根据访谈整理而成。
<P><B>声援高律师</B><BR><BR>高律师自上次为法轮功公开上书之后，就遭受一系列的打压，律师事务所也被停业。在他自己身陷困境时，仍然坚持为法轮功鸣冤，揭露中共迫害法轮功的事实真相，这个人真的是很了不起！
<P>他是一个坚强勇敢的律师，敢于坚持正义的律师，不畏强权，敢于反抗，高风亮节、侠肝义胆！我是很敬重他的！坚决支持他！高律师揭露得很好，否则连我们都不太清楚法轮功还在遭受如此残酷的迫害。
<P>现在中国最有意义的运动就是维权运动。我们需要一批敢于援助那些受迫害的公民的英雄人物，特别是律师、新闻工作者。而高律师就是律师中最坚强、最勇敢的人，他用法律的武器为受害人伸张正义，维护人权。这是非常非常可贵的。如果全国有像高律师这样的几十个、一百个人，那中国的维权运动必将更加轰轰烈烈。
<P><B>谴责中共迫害法轮功</B><BR><BR>法轮功从一开始就是遭受迫害的无辜群体，与政治无关。法轮功是属于精神领域的信仰问题，无论任何人、任何政府都不应该干涉和反对。
<P>据我所知，镇压法轮功就是江泽民一个人的决定，没有经过集体讨论。4、25，法轮功学员上访，朱镕基处理得很好。但是江泽民一意孤行，其他人不敢反对。江这一伙人非常愚蠢，愚昧无知，搞得荒谬绝伦。精神上的信仰怎么能被禁止呢？这是个很简单的常识。
<P>但是，现在江都下台了，还在继续对法轮功实施肉体和精神上的残酷迫害，太不像话了，真是惨无人道！现在的新的领导班子不应该再继承这个反动的遗产了。
<P>迫害还在继续，到底是谁的意思呢？我看主要是罗干干的。江是迫害法轮功的罪魁祸首，罗干是执行迫害的罪魁祸首，他的反动本性是改不了的。我看很多事情都是罗干在背后使坏，充当黑手。
<P>有两个系统是最糟糕的，一个就是罗干的政法委系统，另外一个就是中宣部这个掌握意识形态的党务部。政法部门有些领导人，包括最高法院院长肖扬其实是很有实行法治的决心的，但是突破不了阻力。罗干是破坏法治的总管，也是中国的特务头子、法西斯头子。
<P><B>信仰是坚不可摧的</B><BR><BR>法轮功学员6年来遭受惨绝人寰的迫害，仍然毅力不倒，这说明信仰的力量是巨大的，是坚不可摧的，越打压越顽强。
<P>我知道西安这里有很多教授都在炼法轮功。他们是越打压越坚定，坚决不写“检讨”。
<P>其中有一位副院长，他开始只是炼炼功，还没有真信。他曾经跟我们说过，他以前相信共产主义，但是后来这个信仰失落了，但是又没有勇气象我们这样追求自由民主，认为有很大的风险，后来就开始炼法轮功，作为一种精神寄托。
<P>结果没想到，法轮功被打压得最厉害，比我们这些追求自由民主的人还惨。这个副院长被迫害得很严重，被开除公职党籍。但是没想到在那个过程中，他开始真正相信法轮功了，坚持不写“检讨”。
<P>本来还没有真信的人，被打压，反倒开始真正相信了。所以说，这场迫害是多么的愚蠢！信仰的力量是不可摧毁的，比生命都重要。包括我们追求民主自由的人，我们把我们的理想看得比我们的生命更重要。要让我们放弃对民主自由的追求，那是不可能的，烧成灰都不行。
<P><B>林牧先生简历</B><BR><BR>今年78岁的林牧先生，现居西安，曾任前中共总书记胡耀邦秘书、陕西省委宣传部副部长、陕西省委副秘书长、国务院科技干部管理局局长、中共西北大学党委书记。文革期间曾受到长达12年的政治迫害，曾两度入狱、两次被开除党籍、8年劳改。
<P>1989年，林牧在北京参加和支持学生民主运动，“六四”事件后第三次被开除党籍，从此不再担任任何行政和学术职务。1995年，被推选为“中国人权”国内理事， 1998年改任荣誉理事。在国内外发表思想、言论、纪实、杂文与诗词约50万字，所主编的《中国风俗》丛书30卷，先后在西安、台北出版。</P></font></td>
